      Scheduled an appointment through ******* warranty. Got a text this company has ZERO information as if they arent a vendor for *******. They did not come out to the scheduled appt ******* made on 9/6. I received a text stating they would schedule an appt but may have to wait for parts. No information was ever communicated to me, so I gave them a full week and called back today 9/13 asking about an update. The *** employee told me they have an appt for 9/19 well Im actually having a scheduled C-section on 9/18 so that isnt going to work. I then asked to speak with a manager. The manager for dispatch name is ******. She was extremely rude and confrontational. Her answer was congratulations but just because ur pregnant doesnt make a technician magically appear she also stated that I got a text stating they were waiting on parts (which is not true at all) she told me she couldnt make and appt without parts being delivered and or she couldnt see the next weeks availability. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. Dont waste ur time.

      Requested a repair and Fridaire stated that JDS would come out in 7 days. JDS called and obtained information to schedule a technician. They never scheduled anyone or came to fix the refrigerator that I bought less than 30 days ago. I'm calling Fridaire to let them know to choose another company because this one is unreliable.

      TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Came and "fixed" an appliance. Well, it wasn't fixed. Nor did they reinstall it correctly. They didnt even submit the paper work to the home warranty company.... Avoid them like the plague.

      Started on June 26th to get my parents refrigerator fixed had a extended warranty through Assurant bought at ************** Filed report on the 26th of june was contacted ask what was wrong with refrigerate was advised days later would have to order a part never came out to look at it before part ordered took another two weeks before they came out. Could not fix it wrong part waited another 2 weeks came back out could not fix had to order another part. This went on from June the 26th til Augutst 7th. This was a month and days they had no refrigerator and they were called weekly with no answer to why. They would not overnight the part my parents are elderly so this was considered elderly abuse. The tech advised me that they never carried parts in the vehicles they drive that they have to order all parts and wait for them to come in. I would not use this repair company at all.

      Do not use this company. I have been calling ALL day to the different phone lines, and text line and no one is answering the phone. I was scheduled for washer repair from **** and it is now 2:30 pm with no visit, call, email, or text. This was for a ****** protection plan that I purchased on my washer.

      Zero communication, and unprofessional all the way around. I had to **** to find this platform to leave a review. This company is a contractor for **********, and apparently they only have to come to your home 1 time so they can get paid, after the 1st visit, they go **** I've been without my fridge now for 4 WEEKS. They showed ** in an unmarked vehicle wearing casual clothes and crocks... quick, lazy inspection and ended up being incorrect (I raised enough noise to get a Fridgidair tech to come out, total opposite experience and got a whole different diagnosis.) Anyway, if you see this, don't waste your time, find someone else, and if this is the contractor you get when filing a warranty claim, good luck, you'll be waiting in the dark.

      Files clam on July 10 waited till 18th for parts scheduled an appointment for the 22. Notified us they had truck trouble and couldnt make it on Saturday. Instead of moving me to Monday they have moved me to Wednesday. I should have been first priority on Monday but moved me 3 days later. It is under lowes warranty. They are very poor customer **********************. Would not recommend if you need anything repaired in a professional way. Have been in business for 40 years and have never done something like this to a customer.

      Jds appliance was assigned to come and fix my dryer. I have been on the phone constantly with them since last week and I still cannot get a date of when they will come or if they will come. They refuse to answer the phone anymore. What am I supposed to do?

      JDS Repair was hired by American Home shield to repair my dishwasher. JDS contacted me to ask me what was wrong with the dishwasher so they could order the part to fix it. Not knowing if this would be the correct part or not. The part came in and a text from JDS at 4:23 in the afternoon came to me to call them and schedule The appointment. When I called the phone rang and rang and they never returned voice mail message. Upon getting to a live voice finally ******* was nasty and told me I lost my place because they didnt receive my VM till the next day and she didnt know when I would get an appointment. She refused to provide any answers and was nasty through and through. This company clearly should not be in business. Their customer ********************** person is nasty and they do not get back in a timely fashion to fix your repair. She also lies about reaching out for an appointment and then doesnt answer the phone to set the appointment up. American Home Shield should not be using this company at any capacity.
