I purchased a Tahoe from Birmingham Mitsubishi on March 7th, 2024. I traded in a 2019 ****** Highlander and the contract stated theyd pay my vehicle off. I gave them the correct company information and after weeks of begging them to send a check to pay my car off, they finally sent it except they sent it to the wrong company. I then spent 3 more weeks begging them to correct their mistake before my credit was impacted as I was still technically responsible for the loan. They were incredibly rude, difficult to get in touch with, and could not care less about how their mistake was affecting me. They did nothing but lie to blow me off and pretended they were working on it when they were not. I was told by a BBB agent they have an F rating and Im not surprised. I want to warn everyone to look elsewhere when buying a vechicle because it is nothing but a headache and once they have your money, youre no longer important to them. I have never in my life dealt with this kind of treatment from a place of business. *****, ****, and their receptionist who answers the phone are not reliable and will do nothing but make empty promises to you just to get you off of their backs. I had to reach out to another dealership that deals with them for help and Im hoping this will finally be resolved but no thanks to Birmingham Mitsubishi. I never even got an apology from **** or ***** for their mistake. I was instead treated as if I was an annoyance to them. Buyer Beware!!!Customer response
