      Multiple maintenance items were never addressed during our tenancy/Evernest Atlanta overcharged me for rent for the final, prorated month, and refused to return the overcharge for 6 weeks.Evernest Atlanta are attempting to charge me hundreds of dollars for removal of TV wall brackets that the property owner installed prior to my tenancy. There are pictures in the move-in checklist, that they are ignoring and continuing to attempt to charge me for removal of.The only contact you will have is with repetitive, unhelpful foreign customer service staff in a call centre. No way to escalate disputes, no resolution, no call backs.

      We have been without hot water in our rental property for nearly a month now which is illegal in the state of **. We have no clear answers on when this will be fixed as it is near impossible to get ahold of anyone at Evernest! Anyone we do manage to speak to seems to never know whats going on, and have no clear answers on when we can expect this issue to be fixed.If any employee at Evernest sees this, my family would love to hear from you with some answers!

      As a Landlord, DO NOT use this company. Completely Incompetent staff unable to track issues or find resolutions in a timely manner. They inspected the property before we repainted and fixed all issue of previous tenant, then after we fixed it they sent us the old photos and said we needed to schedule their team to go fix it. Even put fake dates on the inspection report with the old photos and all we got was an apology when we caught them lying. Took weeks to schedule and reschedule flea treatments (I finally called Orkin and had it done in a single day), weeks for second initial inspection since the first was falsified by them. Did not manage yard after email request and confirmation leading to ALL grass dying over the summer and vines overgrowing and damaging wood deck. 5 months property sat empty. Charged $220 for work that was not accomplished. Charged $550 to wetvac 1400 sq/ft of carpet and was told I was being charged for 2500 sq ft. The rest of the home is Stone tile and hardwood... Charged $87 to post 2 photos to Zillow that I took myself. This cost me about 18k (including missed rent) this Summer for doing nothing but Posted ads on Zillow (Which will only cost you $10/month if you do it yourself). Never received request Garage Door Openers.Pick any other company to give your money to. This isn't a spiteful review, this is me not wanting others like myself to get financially crushed by a predatory company.

      These guys are the worst landlords I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They're... just awful lol. I don't even know where to begin. They definitely took our whole security deposit over c*** ($600 to paint 2 rooms that were painted the year prior and had NOTHING hung on them.. ever..) They bought the property we were renting during our stay.. talk about night and day difference. If you happen to work with them, kiss any time, money, or commitment goodbye.

      First off, the apartment size online is a lie. Says 1600 square feet, but it has been measured at 957.Second, I haven't had hot water since I moved in ten weeks ago. Contact them at least once a week to get an update. And the solution is still "pending." They say any credit towards rent for this has to wait until it's fixed. They also say this is not reason to terminate my lease. It's about time to get lawyers involved.

      DO NOT WORK WITH THESE CROOKS. We used this company to manage our property in **********. Their team is a disgrace and provides an extremely low level of service, They send frivolous repair requests for thousands of dollars, while neglecting day to day items in the property. Their maintenance team missed actual HOLES IN THE ***** and refuses to take any responsibility. For over 12 months, their representatives dodged questions, provided no value, and kept charging us for minor things. I would absolutely stay away from them at all costs.

      This company is by far the worst that we have worked with ever. We are well heeled adults who had to rent temporarily since we were building a new house. The house we rented was fine, however the absolute lack of ethics by the company during move out was appalling. First they charged us double the rent and did not acknowledge their mistake and argued that it was fine till they realized it. Then they proceeded to hold on to the overpayment for over 3 months with no communication whatsover. We asked them to have one of their **** walk the property with us on move out but they refused because it gave them the opportunity to them charge us for things they did not even provide on move in. We spent over $800 on cleaning out the house but now they want to charge us the same to clean the house! They want to charge us for light bulbs when there were no working bulbs when we moved in. We asked them for an itemized breakdown so we can understand why it costs $500 to replace light bulbs but no response from them. And there is no number to call either other than interacting via email with some low level agent. It is an absolutely unethical business. Stay away even if the properties are decent. We will continue to spread the word around to stay away from this business

      **Review Title: Extremely Disappointed with Evernest *********************???I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from Evernest ******************* in ******, *******. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel compelled to share this to warn others.I reported a significant issue on August 6 regarding a tree on the property that required urgent maintenance due to damage from weather conditions. Despite my timely notification, there was no follow-up or action taken by the management team. This neglect turned into a serious problem when the tree ultimately fell, blocking our access to our vehicle and creating a hazardous situation.When I reached out for assistance, I was met with vague responses indicating that they were "waiting for a vendor to provide a quote" for the tree's removal. This kind of inaction is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the managements ability to address urgent maintenance issues effectively.The lack of urgency and communication is concerning, and it has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I genuinely believe that if my initial report had been addressed properly, we would not have faced this ordeal.I urge prospective tenants and property owners in ****** to consider my experience before engaging with Evernest. ******************* should prioritize tenant safety and well-being, and I regret to say that Evernest has fallen short in this regard.Until this situation is rectified, I cannot recommend their services. ***************************

      I had such a bad time since they took over a property that I rented in ******. They make Greystar look like competent property managers. Upon move out they charged me a $200 deep clean fee for living a water picture , new filter, and light bulbs for a rare sized light fixture on top of the refrigerator. Kicker is the city of ****** gives su that pitcher and filter because the water has unsafe levels of lead in it. So I cleaned it left a spare filter that I purchased for it for the new tenants along with the extra bulbs. So they charged me $200 for that. They also charged $150 to remove a small pile of mulched leaves. They also split water and sewer charges evenly between myself and a 3 bedroom house (that had 5 people living there and 2 arent on the lease) . I lived alone in 670 sq ft house and theres was over 2300 sq ft.Avoid evernest at all costs. Absolute garbage people with no actual management being done.
