      We were originally with DCT and purchased by Momentum. I have been requesting a copy of our contract for over a month. When asked about any termination we were told it would be over **K. The problem is we never signed a contract with Momentum it was with DCT and Momentum is failing to provide us with a copy of our contract terms. Furthermore our phones are constantly going out and it takes weeks to resolve. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They are deceiving and definately unreliable!!

      Incorrect Billing with failure or refusal to address the issue over 10 months.

      We began a free trial in early 2021 and sales staff set up a demo account. We ultimately selected Momentum and signed a contract, converting the demo to a full account. Since then, I've been receiving our standard invoice for services but also a periodic invoice for demo taxes. I have contacted the salesperson and the Momentum accounting staff and was assured the bill was a mistake and would be resolved. This happened repeatedly. After receiving the last bill, I again contacted Momentum and explained the situation. The response I received from Virginia B stated simply "According to the service agreement, any billing dispute needs to be submitted within 10 days of receiving your invoice. Since there is no dispute on file no credit will be issued. " This was received after reporting the issue for months and trying to explain the situation to Virginia. It also ignores the fact that I again contacted Momentum after the last bill received in mid-January, 2022 and opened ticket number ********.
      I am not only being repeatedly billed for taxes on a free trial that ended 9 months ago, but I'm receiving a somewhat hostile response simply telling me that the bill is accurate and the false statement that I never contacted Momentum to report the issue.

      Problems, problems, problems and no accountability on their end. We asked to move to a month to month contract after all the problems we were having and they straight up denied our request, holding us hostage to another 3 years of terrible service. Do not recommend.
