I made a claim on a washer that I bought from Lowes in 2017 it has a 10 year warranty. When I made the complaint through the Maytag warranty center they told me that bond electric and service would do the repairs. I called them and they said that there was a 3 week wait period because they were behind and the would be there on 02-13-23 to check it. I called them on 02-14-23 to see when they were coming and they told me that they wasnt. That the didnt service anything from Lowes. I was never notified. They accepted the order and now they are not coming to check out my washer.Business response

We never accepted any repair on this customer? Maytag may have told the customer that is was setup with us but we never accepted it.
This is an issue with Lowes and Maytag not Bonds Appliance. The customer needs to call Maytag or Lowes.
We only do service work on appliances that we sell.

I am rejecting this response because:
When I made the complaint through Maytag I was giving their number. I called them and the woman I talked to said it would February 6 2023 before they could come look at it because they were running 3 weeks behind. I said that was fine. When they didnt show up I called them back and the woman I talked to said that I bought it from Lowes they would not service it. **** was very rude and she laughed when I told her I was a single grandmother raising 2 grandchildren. She said she didnt know what to me other than they would not service it. She said that if ****** sent them any work order that if it hasnt been already denied that it would be.

We had not acknowledged any appointments by phone from consumer or Maytag. I'm sorry if someone came across rude but sometimes it can seem that way on the phone. I apologize for any miss communication on our end but we only service what we sell. This should all fall back to Maytag and Lowes. When i called to set up the appointment I told them that I got their name and number from Maytag because they were the service provider in my area. Ever who I spoke to originally was told that Maytag gave me the information.
