I received a solicitation from this business. They want to purchase my house for a ridiculously low offer. I tried to call to have them remove my name from all future mailings, but their phone number is disconnected, leading me to believe this company is a scam. I looked them up online, and there is a company with the same name, but under a different mailing address and phone number.I want this business to remove me from their mailing list immediately.

Hello,
As part of our marketing process we do pay a mailhouse that sends out mailers in areas that we are mailing with suggested offers of what we may be willing to pay for their property. This is considered normal business practice. Anytime someones call in to be removed from our mailing list, we immediately do so. Unfortunately we found out that 75% of all our mail that went out last month had the wrong phone number on it and that phone number is not a valid number. Obviously this has been a huge frustration for us because it was a huge waste of marketing spend and trying to get a refund from that marketing company. The mailing address we put on those is our virtual mailbox that scans in our returned mail due to the volume of mail going out. We have removed ************* from our mailing list.Customer response
