Dear BBB,I wrote to the company after complaining numerous times to the consultant that I was not seeing any results. She assured me should would talk to her manager. I had paid $1,000 for 10 sessions.I was contacted August 27th 2024 when my appointment was canceled because the technician had been hospitalized and the other tech and left the company. I asked for a refund because I had seen no results at all. The company then contacted me explaining they do not do refunds and they could offer me a free meeting with a nutritionist which I declined.I explained I have been attending ******** for 3 months and logging my food. I reached out today Oct 3rd requesting I was refunded $200 for my last two sessions because it was 5 weeks since they reached out to me canceling my appointment. In fact I should be reimbursed the $1000 because there most definitely was no results after receiving 8 sessions.The response I received today was "our business as not been closed 5 weeks ?"I was never contacted to reschedule an appointment if they had opened back up.I don't know if they have?Honestly if they have reopened I personally do not want to return because of the run around I am been given by this company and the stress. They tell you go every week or 2 weeks to see results. Now week 5 with no contact regarding my sessions.Customer response

I am sorry I can't recall getting a contract. However I do remember going over something with the consultant. All I have is the receipt I paid $1000Customer response

I want to add that when I reached out to the company the person that responded was ***** ****** they said that their policy is no refunds.
My argument is that they canceled my appointment dated 29th August and wrote that they would be in touch to reschedule.
I wrote to them this week because it has been 5 weeks and there was no correspondence from the company. They owe me 2 more sessions. ***** said that they had not been closed for 5 weeks ?!?!
It is convenient for them to call the shots saying you must go every week or second week if using the laser to see the best results but they haven't contacted me in over 5 weeks.
I have all of the data they sent via email if you need me to copy and paste that.
The person who sold me the package was the manager ***.

Good Afternoon,
Unfortunately I have not heard from the company about my complaint.
I am not satisfied with their lack of interaction. It proves they don'tcare once they receive YOUR money. What they are doing now by not responding is exactly what I went through trying to resolve the issue by myself.
