Very disappointed in the service this business has provided. My initial call was all over the place, they sold a package without asking all questions and never explained anything as to what all was in the package. I was told we will get you fix up and just that the treatment would help tone up skin. Literally nothing, I was dieting and exercising(that worked)this mess didn't. The first time I went they were very rude, had no idea what package was sold to me. The second the lady didn't acknowledge me for a good 10 minutes, had no idea what we were doing this day nor what I was even doing there. I tried to tell them I couldn't do their little sauna since I have a condition that would flare up if I used it. They told me to call the owner and get it fixed since they had no idea what package someone sold me. I scheduled on Saturdays due to work and the day I contacted the owner was the day I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes early, sat for an hour, another customer showed up for hers, which we waited another 30 minutes. The other lady was as confused as I was on what was happening since we received a confirmation on the appointment. Nobody responded to calls or emails about this appointment. The owner messaged me back on ******** same day that she was checking on it. I called and emailed multiple times after this, and finally ******** messaged the owner a month after no contact, mind you I had not been able to get a call back or email back on anything. Fast forward another month and she wanted me to come to an appointment, ma'am you haven't even called me about any of this, so why would I want to come in. I still 2 months later haven't even received any apology or explanation as what happened. I've never dealt with such awful customer service, I literally had no good experience with the staff while I was there. Actually maybe one time there was a lady that smiled at me. Make this right! I've got logs of everything.
