I placed an order #***** on February 1, 2023. At the time I recieved a message saying it was on backorder. It is now August. I have tried reaching out via email but receive no response, and the phone number listed is a dead number. Please refund this order as I have not received the product in over 6 months. I placed an order #***** for ammunition on 1/21/2021. Was informed it was on back order and would be completed in approximately 18 weeks via email. Then there was a shortage of supplies to manufacture and was informed via phone it could be a few moths. On 10/20/2022 I was in contact with ***** via phone and we discussed shipping any caliber ammo whatever was available. She did follow up with an email the same day letting me know she would get back to me with an update. That was the last conversation/communication I have had. They stopped answering the phone and do not respond to emails. I sent my last email 4/14/2023, no response. Today when i tried calling the phone is disconnected. I would like to get a full refund.Business response

I ordered **** rounds of 380 auto ammo from GTG ammo a long time ago. I do not remember the purchase price but the order number is #***** . I was in good communication with the company about the order for the longest time and then one day when I emailed I received an email that stated the email address no longer existed. I tried calling multiple times and got no response. I happened to come across this website today while trying to do some research on it. I hope I'm not too late to get this fixed.Business response

Order **** rounds in March during pandemic. Explained to about primer shortage. Company stayed in contact and then disappeared. They have 440 of my money and owe me **** rounds. I am writing to file a complaint about my recent order with Good To Go Ammo, Order #*****, which I received on 3/6/2023. In November 2020, I ordered **** rounds of 9mm ammo for $264.22, that is what they charged back then for **** rounds. But I only received 500 rounds in my shipment. Despite paying the full amount for **** rounds, I received a handwritten note on the invoice stating " For some reason the computer only charged you for 500 rounds". I have attempted to contact the company through email, but I have not received a response. I get a response of the emaill address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. They also never respond on phones. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled and believe that it is unacceptable for a company to shortchange its customers in this manner.I would like to request that the company either send me the remaining 500 rounds that I paid for or issue me a refund for the difference in cost. I am willing to work with the company to find a resolution that is fair to both parties.I believe that this issue warrants attention from the Better Business Bureau, as I have been unable to resolve it with the company directly. If you do the math, $264.22 divided by **** it is 3.6 per round. When it cost me 8 cents per primer I would be giving the ammo away. I dont know how it happened but several people caused the same hack. I would be foolish to honor that price. Check on ammo seek.com and see if you can buy it for 3 cents a round.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Maybe you should go back to elementary school and ask your teacher about divisions. $264.22 divide by **** is $0.264 per round. I don't care how much it cost you per primer, you are now charges $244.04 per 500 rounds for 124gr remanufactured brass, where is that $20 you took from me if I "hacked" you?
Look the screenshots, i can find several website free shipping for new 124gr 9mm.
You had you chance to send me emails to ask me if I can cancel the order when you have questions about the price, instead you want my money so you shortchanged me and think I will settle about it? You shold fee ashame about yourself.
I want to return the 500 you send me.

Date of Transaction: December 2, 2020 Amount of money paid to the business: $228.88 I placed an order with this company with the expectation of a delay in delivery of a few months by what they had initially posted on their website. I contacted the company asking for an update. On January 10th, 2022 I was given an update saying I was number 130 on the que for the product, but received no further updates. Looking at their website though out the time I waited, it seemed like they were selling ammo that I ordered, yet I did not receive my order. I asked for an update again and I was given an option of a replacement product I did not want and asked for a refund of my money. I was told it would be sent to accounting for processing. I tried to email them for an update and I received the MAILER_DAEMON notice as if I have been blocked or the email was deleted so I could no longer contact them. I attempted emailing them through their contact us option on their website, but I got a message saying forbidden. Sender blocked. They have not delivered the product I paid for even after I waited patiently as I was told there would be delays, but I was ignored, lied to and blocked by them once I asked for a refund. I have copies of the emails and screenshots of their website with the blocked notification. This is my invoice order# *****Business response

Order#***** 1/11/21 $333.58. Paid **** **** full metal jacket **** rounds Still waiting on order to be shipped. According to last contact 7/26/22 they are going to be shipping order out soon. They were in the process of making the ammo that week 7/22. I still have not received the order and they have since stopped replying to emails sent to see on order updates. Now ****************************************** is no longer a email address. Order#***** 1/15/21 $474.85 ********* **** hollow point **** rounds Order was shipped on 9/12/22 and received within the week. I was not able to go out to the range till the end of November 2022 to test the ammo. Once at the range found that the ammo did not fit properly into 3 guns chambered in ****. Attempted to call Good to go ammo multiple times with no answer or call back. I sent an email on 12/31/22 with details of the ammo along with pictures and video with no reply. I attempted more emails and now receiving notification that ****************************************** could no longer be found. On 6/1/2021, I placed order # *****, for **** rounds 9mm 147g ammo and paid $500.36 by credit card.Since then, they've stopped answering the phone a long time ago, and no longer respond to my emails.I have been more than patient.I WANT A REFUND, $500.36
