This organization charges for making an appointment of 50..00 without services received. There is not a one time forgiveness set in place for regularly visiting customers. The understanding to the client is that the ***** will be applied to the service as a credit after attending the appointment. However, if no service was performed then I lose my *****. This is not good business practices as people have unexpected occurrences that prevent them from Making the appt especially since most appointments last no more than 15 minutes.I would like the opportunity to keep the appointment and credit my ***** for the services promised.Initial Complaint

I quit using Madison Family Wellness in March of 2022. They continued to take money out of my checking account for a prescription that wasn't even prescribed anymore to me by them. I have called several times about illegally taking money out of my account twice for $85. The account person told me 7 days ago a check for $170 was in the mail. I still haven't received it. I have called and have gotten no response. Just that she was with a patient and took my information.
