They were nice, personable, and educated. However, they deployed a deceptive business practice on me, and that is the sole reason I chose not to hire their service. Their website explicitly states the inspection and estimate are free. Yet, halfway through the inspection when they learned I was doing my due diligence of getting multiple estimates, they informed me the estimate would be $300 if I did not hire their service. Do not fall for their false advertising!

********* you have several different prices you claim you were quoted such as, $300, and $200. You were invoiced for $150 plus tax, which was never paid! Our website is being updated to specify what is free concerning inspections for general pest control and termite inspections. We have provided our technician's notes and interactions with you! After suspecting my elderly father had a pest control problem I immediately called these guys which came out to inspect the same day. Although their schedule was booked for the next couple of days I was told that I would get a call or text letting me know if they could get to me sooner. I was sooo excited to receive a text letting me know they would be at my dads the next day to start treatment. Not only were they reasonable but very professional, prompt and got the job done in a timely manner. Thanks guys I am forever grateful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. We recently moved into a house with a ***** problem. After trying and failing to battle them with our own spray and bait, we were put in touch with Pest King through our property manager. The owner is very friendly, professional, and responsive to our inquiries requesting services. He takes the time to explain the different types of bugs, the bait and spray used, the areas targeted, etc. Having them come and treat our home has taken a huge burden off of our minds knowing that our home is in good hands and the pest situation is improving! Pest King has superior service!! ****** was super informative and gave me information on exactly what he would be doing and exactly how the service and pricing goes. He even told me why I was experiencing spiders in certain areas and what areas I should look out for and told me that I can call anytime and they will come out and spray again if I see any bugs which I 100% appreciate I hate bugs. I will definitely be recommending Pest King to all of my friends so that they can experience the same superior service that I did.Pest King, LLC Response

Pest King is the BEST!!! ************************, and ******* came out within 24 hours of me contacting them. They were on time and so efficient!! They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Shortly after they came out to service our house, my sister told me about a negative experience shes currently having with another pest control company; of course I was quick to brag on the guys at Pest King and share how impressed I was by their service so she will be contacting ****** to switch to them as well because she was floored at the difference in customer service.
