I went there to try to come to a solution with our situation. To try to find a medium where both the seller and the buyer would agree on a good price so my wife and i sit down and give one of the people there the information he asked for, wich was SSN, address, occupation, salary, id etc. After we talked he took a copy of my wifes expired id and military spouse id he stepped away and i receive a phone call and it was a family emergency so i ask another associate to get him from the other office and i explain the situation and say i have to leave and tell him that im taking the papers that have my wife's and i PII(personal info) wich i have a every right to and he proceeds to quickly escalate and say" you're not going to tell me what you're gonna do" and snatches the papers from me and says you're not taking my papers, again our personal info. And he says i will shred them but only rips them in half and tells me to get out of there. I am legitimately worried that they are using peoples personal info for fraudulent reasons because why would he ****** the papers from me tell me he will shred them and only rip them in half and tell me to get out. Not only was this encounter disrespectful but it was inconsiderate and unprofessional. I implore anyone that visits this business to be careful or just don't go. Normally from being in the ************ i brush off disrespect but i am worried these people are using personal info for other reasons. If i recall correctly his name was ***** or something along those lines. The only reason i say name is so someone else doesn't receive ***** for this incident.
