I placed an order with Chappy's Deli in *********** Al for 6 cheese sandwiches with very specific modifications to the sandwich s due to my mother having chronic renal failure disease. Among other things, I specifically asked that no butter be used. I paid with a gift card, and received my order. I got home, and the bread was soaked in butter on all six sandwiches. My mother could not eat these, and they were discarded. I am requesting a refund. I have the receipt, and pictures of the sandwich with my fingers being soaked in butter from picking up the sandwich.Business response

Of course we regret ever having any issues and have used this as an opportunity to coach our team.
