My issue is with Lexus of Montgomery. I was overcharged with same repairs to been done on all 3 visits with a short time frame, charged for a loaner vehicle and paid for repairs that they didnt do. I had to take my vehicle to ****************** and have it repaired. I contacted several staff members from the corporate office to staff at Lexus of Montgomery and no one has refunded me for repairs and charges they know were not done or should have been charged. I will never take my vehicle back to this location due to the fraud that is being committed with overcharging and charging for repairs that are not done.Review from David B

Over the past several months I have made approximately 6 calls to the service **** for quotes on repairs and major service to my **************** every call I was told they would call me back with the information I requested. The calls were never returned - not one. As a result, I took my business elsewhere, well over $2000 worth of work. Meanwhile, I've been bombarded with marketing text messages and emails about bringing my truck in for service, but everything falls apart when you try to talk to someone to get estimates and questions answered. I'd like to bring my truck back there in the future. But for now, I'm not confident doing so. Additionally I originally posted this message to the "talk to the dealer" form on the companies website. The form states that comments or complaints made here will be delivered directly to the ** for review. Instead this led to sale emails and even a phone call asking about what new vehicle I was interested in buying. It seems the form is a clever way to drive more sales leads rather than improve the business.Review from Sandra S

Toyota of Montgomery uses questionable practices to sell cars. My brother called me and asked if I could co sign a refinance for him. I was not aware nor did the salesperson or finance manager explain to me that I was signing for a new auto loan! This took place March 4 2024 of this year. I am a senior with a fixed income and cannot afford a $1200.00 car payment.The salesman and finance manager falsified documents to obtain a loan for a vehicle in my name for my brother. I was not aware I was signing for a new vehicle. They gave the lender false information about my residence and income.Pleases do your homework dealing with them. My credit is ruined!!!

Unfortunately, there is not enough information to look into this review. The name listed above is not showing in our records. I would ask that she provide the original buyers name so that we can look into this further. In face of her complaint, there are several steps to ensure the opposite of what she is stating. For example, she would have to see and be present to sign these documents and verification of information she provided. Further, that if she is stating that she did not know it was for a new auto loan would be almost impossible being that common sense would tell you that if you are walking into a car dealership and you are signing documents it is probably for that purpose. In regard to the "falsified information" again, I would need the name of the original buyer to look into the information that only the buyers could present. Please provide us with that information so we can look into this matter. We take these allegations seriously and it is not in our platform to conduct business that way.

Disappointing **************** Experience at ******************** Body Shop Rating: ????? (2 out of 5 stars)I recently had an unfortunate experience with the Toyota of Montgomery Body Shop that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. The entire process, from dropping off my car to picking it up, was marred by poor customer service and subpar workmanship.Firstly, I entrusted my vehicle to them on October 3rd with the expectation that they would take care of some specific repairs. However, when I received my car back today, I noticed immediately that the tire pressure was significantly low. This kind of oversight reflects a lack of attention to detail on the part of the staff responsible for returning my car in proper working condition.Furthermore, not only did they fail to fix a minor dent as promised, but the area where someone had knocked paint off my car was also poorly repainted, resulting in visible air bubbles. This lack of quality control suggests a lack of professionalism and skill within their body shop team.Throughout this entire process, the two individuals I interacted with from the Toyota of Montgomery Body Shop displayed a nonchalant attitude, which is completely unacceptable when it comes to customer service. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and failed to address them appropriately. I believe that such an attitude falls short of the standard expected from any reputable business.In conclusion, my experience with the Toyota of Montgomery Body Shop has been highly disappointing. The low tire pressure, scratches, and unsatisfactory repair work on my car have left me feeling dissatisfied with their services. Moreover, the unprofessional demeanor exhibited by the staff members I dealt with only added to my frustration. Her boss was paying for the damages because a bike hit her parked car while she was at work. Her vehicle arrived here on 10/3/23 and left on 10/16/23. We called the customer on 10/13 and let her know that we needed one more part before completing the repairs. That part got here on the morning of the 16th and we delivered it to her the same day. There were no delays and had no interactions with her concerning a mirror or bubbles in the paint. The mirror was not mentioned in the beginning because it was not part of the damage from the bike that her boss was paying for. The tires being low is not a Bodyshop issue.Review from Angela D

I bought two new front tires, of course I got all four of my tires from the dealership, but when I pay attention to it the second day one of my back tires they had put another tire there instead of the one I had it was not the same tire that was already back there so that mean I have three tires the same in one different, he said the supervisor need to look at the camera haven't heard from them yet. It sad you pay all your money and they do all this.
