We secured the services of this company on May 17, 2023. We signed a contract and paid a required deposit to schedule a job to do asphalt at our church which should be done by now. The owner and person we contracted the work with is *********************************. We sent an email last week to an email address through BBB in which there has been no response. We called this morning as we have been doing and he responded with another message that he would call back in an hour, we said okay, please call us back, he sent another response, "will do" . that has been over three hours. We want our money refunded if he is unable to do the work.We visited the physical address yesterday listed for them which is now vacant and up for sale. *Attached below is a copy of the most recent attempt to reach someone at this company for help. No response. The email is to the original email when the contract was sent to us. To; ***********************************" <***********************************>; You sent us a contract onMay 17thand we signed it and paid a deposit of $2250.00 onMay 17th, and were put on schedule for work to be done at our church, **** ***************************., **********, **.We're trying to contact ***** and have left several phone and text messages for the past 2 to three weeks with either no responses or automated text messages saying that he will call back on that day or as soon as he is out of a meeting or when he gets a crew out but he never does call.We are still trying to get our church's parking lot done and it's been about 2 months now. He texted us that he was behind due to catching up work from dealing with a recent ***** issue as well. He had been communicating with us and returning our calls before that time but since then we have not been able to connect with him with him not seeming to try and call us back.We of course are very concerned and need to speak with him or someone who can give us some information as to what is going on in trying to move forward asap.Customer response

Yes we have heard from *********************************/Primo Construction LLC.
No we are not satisfied with the current outcome.

********************************* text us on the same day BBB sent him our complaint. He apologized and said his business partner sold his equipment and he would not be able to do the job. He said our deposit would be mailed Friday, 7/21. We followed up that next Tuesday, 7/25, he then said his wife was suppose to mail the check out certified funds on Monday 7/24.
We asked him to check and let us know for certain if it had been mailed out. We have not received a check yet.
We have not heard from him since, does not answer his calls and responds to his text with the same type automated message, can't talk right now or I'll call you back.Customer response

This is to advise that this dispute has been resolved and the company's owner has refunded our deposit in full. The final communication was good with no hard feelings.
