I've ordered from this small business via ****** , I have video documentation of all this but sadly I can't post the video version so I had no choice but to screenshot. I found this business in ***** , ordered in ***** got a tracking number and a confirmation notice . I waited about 3 weeks until the owner told me , that she didn't receive the order , so I placed the order again on *****, ****. I didn't receive my order until****** ****, which might I add, I had to constantly remind the owner to send me tracking information / ask when it was being sent out . Fast forward to *************** , I choose to buy another snack box from this business and it's currently ******** of 2022. No sign of my order , the owner told me multiple times in the last few weeks, that she would send me the tracking number after I constantly had to contact her ; still no tracking information, still no snack box , very little response from ********************** . I make a post via *********, again after trying to be civil and contact her about my order and it wasn't until I made the post that she chose to respond back to me. The screenshots are as showed , she said she would give me a refund of the $35, I paid and now she's going against what she said in attempts to be "petty" . If you need video evidence Of all that transpired, I can certainly provide that . But I want my refund .Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/03) */ The customer placed an order with me and received it! I provided her with tracking that says delivered. She was complaining about her her box and I explained to her that I haven't had time to ship it yet and my policy says no refunds. I told her I would make something work and then she started bashing me on social media. I told her I would have her box shipped asap. I never tried to scam her like she put it. I literally shipped her box just not when she wanted and I have proof if you need it! First of all, this is a lie , you provided a Past tracking number for my first order I placed way back in ***** , which I had to constantly contact her to even receive . Second of all , I've tried countless times to contact the owner about my second order , I placed my second order **************************************, I've constantly tried to contact her via text & social media and my last resort was to post on social media which then got her attention, I posted on social media and that's what got her attention. She then offered me a refund after conversing and I told her I wouldn't take down the post until I receive my refund . She then refused my refund and refused to even send my item or in her words she'll get around to sending it to me when she can . I purchased two items on February ******* since then I have been trying to get updates on my order but the seller does not provide any useful information just fake updates. I paid $52.50 for this order that was supposed to ship in 4-6 weeks at the original time of placement. After about a month I tried contacting the seller about my order and see if there were any updates because I didn't receive a tracking number. I did not get a reply until 6 months later. The seller keeps telling me that my order will ship or that she can send me something else which I already agreed to but it just never happens. She has threatened to block me from her business page because I made a comment that I haven't received my order and had been waiting over a year. I have tried many times to ask her for a refund but she denies the opportunity to refund me and says she can "ship something on hand" instead. She stated she would ship me an on hand suit (which I had originally ordered 2) on February ******** I still have not received any updates on that. Please help me at least get my money back if I'm not able to get what I ordered, I think it's very unprofessional on the sellers part to keep me waiting on false hope that I will receive anything and threaten to block her customers just because they let others know how long they've been waiting. I have tried many times to resolve it with the seller and nothing happens. It's been over a year nobody should have to wait this long for an item they hoped to get a while back. I placed an order for model package on November * th'2021. In December I requested a refund because I never received the Oder and couldn't get the owner to respond with a tracking number or anything. After finally getting response from the owner all she said was "I made a video addressing the situation"I'm a student and full time mom. I work everyday as a lab tech I have 3 jobs I don't have time to be on my phone all day, I never saw any video I would've thought as a business owner that she'd address her customers directly, That 50 is alot of money to me . The owner keeps telling me they will not do a refund even if I never received this package because to this day I still never received any package. The owner will not respond to anything I have said I need my money back
