They did a fabulous job at a fantastic price! ***** answered all my questions. ******* and his installation team were very professional. They took great care of my home and my belongings. He answered all my daily questions. They were on time and have great communication! They were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Really enjoyed working with this group. The project manager was friendly and knowledgeable. He found an issue in my foundation that was causing the excess water and tweaked my solution to account for it. I was given detailed plans and schematics up front and the pricing was reasonable. They were very consistent and clear with all communication. The crew was timely and cleaned up well. I am so happy with the outcome!Review from Lucinda P

*****************. They recently encapsulated our crawl space. Everyone we dealt with was professional, competent, and friendly. From the person providing the estimate to the crew doing the installation everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They did the work for a competitive price and produced impressive results. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with my foundation settling, causing sloping floors and chimney instability. Southern Dry installed a foundation support system with a lifetime warranty, a huge relief to my family's concerns about our home. The team was very professional, responsive, and efficient. I had Southern Dry come out because of a water issue I was having. I had my crawlspace encapsulated and a dehumidifier put in, drains and a sump pump. If I could give them 15 stars - I would not hesitate! SouthernDry is the most professional, fair & honest, respectful and friendly company we've worked with in a long time.No one enjoys making extensive repairs to a foundation in a home - but these guys made the experience very fluid, organized and enjoyable!The team was SUPER neat while they were working and were very considerate to tidy things up each evening when they left.I will sing their praises from the rooftops!
