I purchased the car on *****/2024 from Bama auto sales. I put down 800$ the car is originally 4985.00 before leaving with the car they were whispering about the car so I think they know something was up with car but still didn’t tell me within the 72 hrs the transmission was whining car smoking oil leaking nd wheel bearings was really loud I contacted Bama and spoke with ms April she didn’t really care that I stated the car was for family transportation and to get back and forth to work she just kept saying well u paid for the car I then asked to speak to owner she said get dad is the owner nd that I could not speak to him that’s why she is in charge .. I took it to nanny places in they all told me I was domed a lemon in that the car needs a transmission…. Ms April held my car for her mechanic to look at it all he did was put power steering fluid in the car in nothing was fixed she was really adamant about telling me oh well u purchased the car there’s nothing left to do so now I’m left without money no transportation and then want me to pay on a car that’s is having a bunch of difficulties I asked could we do a swap or half the money back she said get dad doesn’t do those it was sold as is but they did in fact say the car was in good shape I’m just at a lost right nowBusiness response

Before Purchase she did not want to test drive vehicle and was very adamant that she had to buy a vehicle quick. We told her before purchase of vehicle she had to test drive. We advised her to go have vehicle checked out before purchasing but she kept insisting she had to have a vehicle now to go see her sister out of town and for work. We explained As Is No Warranty before purchase and that form was signed in contract.
Shortly after purchase she came back demanding we refund money or put her in a new vehicle. Per As Is Form No Refunds No Exchanges and I have attached that signed document.
She is still driving vehicle and payment was extend to 9/9/24.
