Bought a 2023 xcite 350 from them in 2023 June 10th 2024 then mower wouldnt crank would click and whine I contacted them and waited for them to come pick up the ******************* got there and jumped the mower off trying to get it running and couldnt so we had to push it on to their trailer that was on a Thursday June 20th Friday June 21 I called **** said hes going to see if warranty will cover a batter following week I called again he said he put a battery in and still didnt fix it then I was told it was the voltron so had to see if warranty will cover it ******************* the owner told me that out of 6 of those mowers they sold husuvarna replaced 4 customers mowers with brand new ones because the 2023 xcite 350 had to many electrical problems and the ones they replaced them with is a xcite 345 without the electrical and I asked dose that mean the price is lower and I was told no but how if it didnt have all the electrical stuff thats why I bought this mower 7 1/2 weeks went by getting the run around it finally got dropped off behind my enclosed trailer without confirmation that they delivered it cut some of my grass cut it off wouldnt crank again waited a couple days it cranked and was smoking messaged ******************* on ******** she said shell call them that Saturday and let me know Monday iv yet to be contacted Im well over out of pocket 1300$ still paying mower payment paying someone to cut my yard Im a business owner as well and its at my property so I cant have grass being knee high and they have already been paid for the mower by the finance company and seems like they arent to worried about helping out a customer need something doneBusiness response

UNFORTUNATELY I MYSELF AM STILL IN DISCUSSION WITH HUSQVARNA OVER THE NEWEST ISSUE. THE ***** WAS DELIVERED BACK AND WAS RUNNING WHEN IT LEFT OUR SHOP. DELIVERY DRIVER CALLED THE NUMBER ON FILE UPON DELIVERY AND THE DRIVER SAID NO ONE ANSWERED AND THAT THERE WERE KIDS LOOKING AT HIM WHEN HE DROPPED IT OFF. I AM NOT AWARE THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS DELIVERED BACK. THIS IS THE FIRST I'M HEARING OF THIS. AS FOR A REFUND, AS STATED BEFORE I CANNOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. A FULL WARRANTY IS IN PLACE FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. ANY REFUNDS AT THIS POINT WOULD HAVE TO BE TAKEN UP WITH HUSQVARNA DIRECTLY AS WE HAVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE **** TO BE REPLACED AND THEY DID NOT AGREE. WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG IN THE MIDDLE OF BUSY SEASON, I ALSO HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW LONG IT TAKES WARRANTY TO APPROVE OR SEND PARTS (IN HIS CASE MULTIPLE PARTS) AND WHEN THEY ARE FACTORY DIRECT SHIP WE CANNOT TRACE THE PARTS EITHER. PLEASE DIRECT ANY QUESTIONS THAT I MIGHT CAN ANSWER TO ME, BUT AS FOR REFUNDS PLEASE CONTACT HUSQVARNA CORPORATE, ************. THE ONLY OTHER NUMBER I HAVE IS A DEALER NUMBER AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO HAVE A DEALER NUMBER TO GET THROUGH, BUT ATTACHED IS THE NUMBER ALSO, MAYBE YOU WILL HAVE BETTER LUCK THAN I HAVE HAD. **************
