On October 22, 2022 I inquired about purchasing a tv through rent a center. I was purchasing the tv through their financing program. I was approved for any items up to $45/week and $1800 total. When trying to complete order online my card declined and after fixing my card, I then tried to go back and complete order and it would not allow me to do so. A store associate then contacted me and offered to complete my order over the phone, in which she was giving me a different price than the online order was. I went into the store and completed the purchase. A $10 payment is suppose to cover the entire first week of the rental agreement and the tv was scheduled to be delivered on October 28, 2022. On the day of the scheduled delivery I never received a call or heard anything from rent a center until I called to find out my tv would not be delivered due to only 2 delivery vehicles working and it would be delivered as soon as someone could. On October 31, ************************************************************************* an hour or 2. No one ever called or showed up to deliver the item. The following day I contacted the store again and was told that I needed to make an additional payment to have my item delivered to me. This location is very unprofessional and needs all new employees. I feel cheated and like I was tricked into signing an agreement for an electronic they never had intentions on delivering. I would like to talk to someone in the corporate office to get to the bottom of and resolve this issue.
