We bought tires at the Flanders Walmart store 2 years ago. The tires had 13k miles on them and they are a safety hazard. The tire got worn down to the metal. Unlike everyone else when we told them at the store we bought them at about the tire damage, they said they don't guaranty the tires. We even emailed Walmart corporate and haven't heard back. We were going to drive an hour to our nearest Walmart with an auto center if we could get them replaced but since it would be dangerous and Walmart has not been responsive, I suspect we will need to get new tires locally which of course carry a warranty. We will gladly share a photo.Review from Dayle H

On September 6, 2024, I shopped at Vernon Walmart. My bill was $171.19. I tapped my debit card and it was declined (which happens sometimes), so I inserted my card and entered my PIN. Purchase accepted. Receipt indicated that the first attempt was declined and second attempt was accepted. Checked my bank account on-line & see they took my money twice. I went to Customer Service in person four separate times (and received a different story each time) and two calls to two different assistant managers. Absolutely no results. They pointed their finger at my bank. I finally had to file a declaration at my bank at the end of September. Walmart Customer Service is a joke. They give a different story each time to get you out of their lineup. Walmart did nothing to return the money they took from me. November 14th my bank has finally found a way to get my money back. Beware Vernon Walmart Shoppers. If you do shop there, use cash or at least a credit card, where you can dispute a charge. I've left one star, but would leave no stars, if that was an option.Review from Delilah N

I have yet to get a resolution from Walmart regarding curbside pickup and shopper fulling the order. I have been bounced around from person to person, told by an employee that they were not paying attention to a word I was saying. I received an email from Walmart customer service and a phone call asking to contact them, but no direct line or extension in which to reach them. I just get bounced around from robot automated system and people. If Walmart cannot fulfill the curbside orders, then they should not allow you to put it in your cart and order. If they have no shopper for your meat purchased, it should not be allowed to put in cart and paid for. The November 8, 2024 order was cancelled 3 times, and customer service said they fixed it and asked me to reorder, which I did. Then I was charged twice for one order, which was not totally filled. My whole chicken, thin sliced beef, ground chicken and other items were missing (over $100 of groceries). When I called and finally got to speak with a person in curbside, they said they do that when there is no one in meat and said they weren’t listening to a word I was saying because I was upset. Well, they have done is several times (not completed my order but said unavailable). The items were in the store because my husband went right in and picked them up, within 30 minutes after curbside order was picked up. When I called about being charged twice for one order ($800), I was told that I would just have to be patient and wait the 10 days for a refund. How many people can afford to have an extra $400 taken out of their account and wait 10 days. Fortunately, I had charged the reorder to a credit card because of the 3 previous cancellation. Absolutely, horrible service and Sam Walton would disapprove of the lack of service today. This issue has not been resolved!Review from Sandra H

Out of the last four orders I've placed for home delivery, three of them had missing items. One was missing a bag of onions, one was missing an entire case of soda, and one was missing two bottles of grapeseed oil. While I was refunded for the missing items, it is an inconvenience to order something, have it verified as being delivered, and then find that the items is missing. Are the delivery drivers helping themselves to groceries, or are the store workers not competent enough to validate that the order is complete? Either way, service at this store is very bad.Review from Deborah R

I am beyond upset with online Walmart. I ordered a white Christmas tree. The ***** the pulled it picked me a green one. This has been a huge headache. I have spent 3 days dealing with customer and their solution is that now I get to handle a big box of something I didn't order with being disabled and trying to get this box in the store that i cant hardly handle and now wait for up to 10 days for to get reimbursed so that hopefully they even have one left. What a bunch of **. I'm so glad that Walmart gets paid to NOT do their job and let the customer use they time and money to and gas to compensate their ******! I would NOT recommend Walmart delivery. Save your money and go elsewhere. I will also be canceling my Walmart + because there is no reason to pay even more to have some worthless employees to screw over the customers!!! This is for MILLBROOK AL WALMART SUPERCENTER. Online they are advertising the iPhone 13 for $399 but if you purchase in store it's $199. I go to the store to purchase the phone and they're saying I can't get it because it's a event 1 that starts at 5 a.m. on 11/15. There is no where on the app or any other place that says this. The team lead and coach of the store both said false advertising but no one has been able to help not even 1 800 Walmart. It's Walmart fault but they aren't doing anything to help.Review from Letishia C

Items are not worth the price. The changing table drawer does not stay on the roller. The crib drawer in bottom does not fit the slits.Review from Jody C

Over the past two years, my family’s experience with the Walmart Neighborhood Market pharmacy has shifted from positive to deeply frustrating. What used to be a friendly and reliable service has become stressful and anxiety-inducing. The pharmacy staff—including the pharmacy techs, the female pharmacist, and the entire team—are now consistently rude, short-tempered, disrespectful, and lack empathy. They display poor communication, disorganization, and negligence when handling patient medications, leading to delays and errors. Medication is rarely ready on time, which has serious consequences for my family, especially my youngest granddaughter who risks illness when her medication is not refilled promptly. When I mention these concerns, I am met with resistance, rudeness and a lack of accountability. Most recently, despite requesting a refill for my daughter’s thyroid medication well in advance, a week passed without it being filled. On November 9th, I was told at the drive-through that although my medication request was faxed and received the day before, it still had not been processed due to lack of time according to the tech leaving her without essential medication yet again. Patient care should be the pharmacy’s top priority, but this team’s consistent neglect and lack of concern make each visit overwhelmingly stressful.Review from Felicita V

went to walmart on Friday 11/1/24 as usual, walked all walmart because that's how I do my shopping, I love clearances! i bring toys and clothes for my grandkids everytime I go so I had a very full cart, I took everyone's attention, BUT! I do this at least twice a month, even the associates know me. with that being said, I go to the register, always to the same self check out, I scanned everything but toys and kids blankets etc. pass my FS card, pass my OTC, and WIC which i do ALWAYS! with no problems whatsoever. at the end i still had to pay $11.55 so i had $9 in cash so i put them thru and this is when the nightmare starts...the machine did not count the $9 this is when Annie comes to help, sweet, helpful, and very corteous. she calls the front manager, used to be CSM. he comes and I could tell he didnt know what happenned, nor did he know what to do. i cant tell u much in this part as they were speaking in foreign language, then Annie had to take the WIC items off one by one, here i am looking thru dozens of bags now 6.5 hours at walmart, I was moved to different registers, actually 3 to be exact, i had to rescan, rescan and rescan, now my otc card is not working which is why i kept getting moved, poor Annie worked hard to help me, but she was being given the wrong instructions. So now I CANT PAY for my baby's school lunches, and food, and i kept mentioning the reason why my OTC card wasnt going thru, it was obvious!! yet he wouldnt listen, all he had to say was, "no it shouldn't be that", then it became my fault for scanning to many items at one register, seriously?, i do this ALL the time!!! rest in next review
