This company does not stand by their work. I called them, because my husband was murdered a month prior and had several people come to my house knowing he was no longer there. Had fence installed with electric gate and has been a disaster from the beginning. They showed up without letting me know and installed the fence. 1st they installed the gate opening in the wrong direction, when I asked them to correct it, the gentleman, said "well it works doesn't it" which I responded yes, but it is not the way I paid for. The fence gate would not close properly. leaving about 1-2ft opening and I had it installed for my safety and my dogs safety. They did come out and fix it a few time, then showed me how to fix it, but told me that it would cancel my warranty if I did it myself. The fence does not come all the way to the ground and has space that my dogs or other animals could get through. I asked owner about it and he stated, " we like our fencing to be aesthetically pleasing to the eye. That was not my purpose. Gave me 50 dollars off to get railroad ties to put down. Then the remote box fell off and the installer told me it was probable due to wind, but Barry said it was sabotaged to cover himself. Then the remote arm fell off and owner replaced it in a shoty cheap way, by using 1/2 of my gate latch so gate would not lock in place. Had to call them again about gate not closing all the way and he said he would not be back out again, when I threatened to get ab atty, he said go for it. Now my arm has fallen off again, due to cheap material, on Nov 27th, called them to fix it and to this day, I have not had anyone respond to me. I just want what I paid for by the quote, which I had corrected from trying to charge me for an extra gate and diagram of the gate direction.
