BEWARE. Pridezion Labs is a scammer operation and the owner has scammed me for $1400.00 deposit I made for a puppy in January 2021. Once she gets your money she starts her lies and deceit. I was promised a puppy to be delivered to me in April 2021 but when delivery day came no puppy and Ms Powe would not even answer my calls for weeks. She the made excuses why she could not deliver the puppy. She gave me different excuses like: puppy needed another Vet visit. Then puppy had a bad reaction to worming. then more excuses. Finally after 2 months of trying to get answers and the puppy she promised me a pup from a litter to be born in July. But when puppy delivery day in September 2021, came she said the puppy had eaten a kids sock and was in hospital at the airport !!! Then she offered a pup from a future litter due in December. I declined and asked for a refund. She promised a quick refund but it is now 10 months since I requested refund and NOTHING. I filed a fraud report with the Attorney General in Arkansas where she lives. Ms P***, the owner told the AG that she would sent the refund that day, but she did not send the refund. I contacted her 10 days after she promised the refund. . She then told me she was having credit card problems on PayPal so her refund is delayed. It is now another month since and still no refund. Do not sent this person money for a puppy. If you look at Pridezion Labrador Retreivers reviews here and on YELP and other review sites you will see she has scammed several other people. She uses the same methods to promise a puppy but then never delivers , using so many lies and excuses. Also, it appears she moves her operation around to CA and WA and Arkansas I plan to file complaints with CA and WA Attorneys General and notify AKC and other advertisers on her web sites Her positive reviews are suspiciously similar and I believe she uses family members under fake accounts to write those. Do not fall for it. She is a fraud.Review from Olivia A

BUYER BEWARE. This lady (Tina) is a scam and a fraud. She will take your money and then drop you. My family tried to purchase a puppy through her and after trying desperately to get their money back when it was obvious they weren't going to get a puppy, they took a $750 loss plus all of their time spent and had to walk away. The only positive reviews you'll see of this woman are her own family members making up lies and using different profiles. She has got away with this fraud for years by deleting reviews, changing her business name, and all around lying. NEVER get involved with this woman or her "business".

This "Olivia" is posting as an alias either directly of for someone. Through social media we were able to find out it's Yuriy P. A client under contract by signature . I will be including the text messages that prove Yuriy breached contract as I was setting a date for pickup . That no written agreement was ever submitted or agreed to to dissolve this contract between us per our signed agreement. I did not take $750 and disappear , Yuriy is also "friends" with Anne K. You can see the complaints are submitted at the same time . Our policies state and have been agreed to by signature by Yuriy that in the event one would like to dissolve an existing contract in existence between us that a signed agreement by signature is required to do so. No letter was requested by Yuriy to do so . He has read , understood and agreed to , by contract signature to uphold our policies, yet secretly made a decision outside of his contract to initiate a "chargeback". So his funds are removed from my account , although I have disputed the charge and will be filing a libel suit and breach of contract against him. Nothing in this review is correct. I don't keep changing my name ? The blatant lie that the only positive reviews are from family members is a lie and posting such inaccuracies is as the BBB knows , illegal and has a legal definition. The blantant lie that they just "gave up and walked away is also a illegal statement, I've taken screenshots of our communication and my effort to just reschedule a pickup , the delay was because of Covid Pneumonia on my part and I have the hospital visit to prove this. I don't delete reviews , there isn't a public platform to do so , anybody knows that you can only respond to them. Another illegal and slanderous statement, that has been submitted for the only and sole purpose for intent to cause damage to my reputation and business. What proof has been submitted to verify Yuriy/Alena statments? I will provide below a copy of his signed contract as well as screen shots of communication. Thank you , Tina Powe
