After completing multiple tasks and earning enough to cash out numerous attempts to create an option to get paid ( connecting my bank account to my Field Agent account) has failed. I contacted Field agent support on this but I get the feeling I'm getting the run around cause every attempt made by support to fix this has been unsuccessful.Business response

Good afternoon. I hope that you are doing well. We are aware of this issue you've run into resolving our cash out system and are working eagerly to resolve this.
We are in the middle of working through resolving this with you to get your account set up. We are taking this very seriously and want to ensure you get paid. In our most recent email, we recognized that this troubleshooting has taken longer than normal and asked if you'd like to receive a one-time payment outside of our standard system to ensure that you get paid in a timely manner while we get this resolved.
We will continue to work with you until this is fully resolved and your account is set up for the long term.

I completed tasks on this website and am missing 20 dollars that was owed to me the item numbers were off and I submitted the product as described but they denied my payment because the numbers didn't match exactly. I am fully capable of reading but the numbers provided in the task do not exist within costco and they refuse to investigate.Initial Complaint

I completed two tasks for this company which were not paid out because the receipt was incorrect. There was no specification on the task of what flavor or variation of item to purchase. And when I purchased the normal variant it was I correct and they refused to pay.Business response

Every Agent that completes a job for Field Agent in our app is given an opportunity to request additional review of their denial if they feel like it was denied in error. Upon investigation in our system, we can not find a user account that is associated with ****** ******** ********, email address *****************************, or phone number ************. Our team would be happy to re-review any submission that ****** ******** feels was denied incorrectly but would need additional information about her account to further investigate.
For reference, each submission does go through a rigorous QC process and then any disputes are sent to our Agent Experience team and responded to promptly. Again, we can not find any account information or dispute communication in either of our systems that matches the information provided.
