**** came to my house and gave me an estimate for a new roof. I filed the claim with insurance in December 2023 and paid half $5200. ****, his wife, contacted me via text in February stating they would reach back in March and have not returned my calls or emails. Do not do business with them. They also go by ****** *******Initial Complaint

I had roof damage due to hail. They came out and gave a bid for service. I accepted and insurance company accepted. In the process of removing the damaged singles, the destroyed the plastic covers on the gutter. They acknowledged the problem and promised to replace the covers. After constant calling on my part and my promise to contact the ***, the insurance Company and ***** ** **** **** ( a news station that helps people in my situation), they came out and replaced half of them. This was three months after the roof replacement. Then they disappeared again, not completing their work. I promised them I would contact you and I am. Insurance Company and ***** ** **** **** next. I do what I say I will do! They do not! I await hearing from you and getting the work done on my home. Thank you.Business response

Newman Roofing is not responsible for any damages done to any of the gutter guards other than the front elevation. We have pictures of all gutter guards before the roof was installed to show that anything that is being claimed against us now is not damaged caused by us during install. We had kept in contact with the customer and did let him know it wouldn't be immediately that we could come out as we were booked up and behind by at least a month at the time.
We let the customer know when we were coming out and did just as we promised which was to replace what our installers had damaged during install.
