We have a boat and ATV loan through Horatio and it has been a disaster from the start but Horatio refuses to take responsibility for their actions. They held on to the titles and never once told us that we had to take them to transfer the title so there are tons of fees. We have asked Horatio to pay for the fees since they are the ones who chose not to notify us that anything needed to be done and they refuse. They have also tacked on $653 for insurance when we have provided them proof of insurance. That just show the negligence again that they cannot properly maintain accounts and paperwork. Another example of negligence is, I called to make a payment on my account that I am NEVER late on and they put it on someone else's account and then want to send me a letter stating that my account is past due and I have a late charge. Horatio is truly a fine example of who not to do business with.
