I have several direct deposits that has not been showing up in my account. I can not get anyone to answer the phone and when I do I am met with attitude and feel dismissed. I have a deposit as of 3/7 that was supposed to be in my account on 3/2. I can't get anyone to answer and my deposit is still not in my account.Business response

Obviously, due to VAHFCU being a closed cooperative group there are privacy regulations/issues that keep me discussing this member’s account information. I will say, however, that I spoke directly with Mr. ******** the beginning of March and handled the issue directly and that same day. To my knowledge, the one and only occurrence of the incident he claims to be “several” and it was due to a file download issue. I welcome Mr. ******** to call me or come visit me at the VAHFCU at any point should he have any further questions or concerns in regards to his account or membership.
Thank you for the follow-up and check-in as I was unaware of the complaint or any issues as this was handled directly over a month ago. Appreciative of all the BBB good works.
