I took my side-by-side to TROUBLEMAKER MOTORSPORTS. April 18 2024. I was told what the problem was. He told me I had to pay up front 3,200. For a bottom rebuild on motor..so I did told me about 2 weeks will get parts and start to work on it. June I contacted him,haven't even started on it..he's doesn't give you straight answers. Excuse after excuses..lied several times. We came to agreement that he would have it done by August 22 2024..texed me August 20th 2024 and said they took apart and put back together but having timming chain issues..he lied about that. After that he kept lying to me. Never put new part on motor..I asked him in September 2024. Can you tell me the status on side-by-side. All he could say was still in rebuild. I have had enough. Lie after lie..I went and pick the side-by-side up and took it somewhere else..I asked for the parts and my refund. Told me he sent parts back.lied. he kept parts and use them for another ride. Still no refund . He told me 7 to 10 days..I've texed him called him no respond..iam not the only one he owes money to..he's a scamer.lier. theaf..he a poor excuse for a business..he's bad business..will never go back to him or recommend any one else..there no reason why he should keep my money. He never fixed my bike..Business response

We have already closed this account out and refunded the customer through the finance company they used to make the purchase. They will
need to contact them directly to figure out a solution.

I am rejecting this response because: the finance company does not take rounds I called them..he keep my parts and use them for someone else..I have proof of that. He is lying again..he's a scammed and a theif..I want my refund..yall need to read his reviews..bad business..

we are not in control of leased funds with the merchant there is a contract between this complainant and ******
