A salesman came to my house and wouldn't listen that I'm 96 years old and had me signing papers for my great great granddaughter a car. I told him I couldn't see and was on oxygen. He kept on pushing the papers at me saying it's OK, it doesn't matter. I was so upset I almost had to go to the emergency room afterwards. The dealership did not care when I complained. (My daughter is filling this out because I can't see). I would like to warn others that they have no scruples and it didn't bother them to sell a $30,000 car to a elderly person. I guess business is so bad they are hitting up the nursing homes.

This company has had my Jeep for a month for service and they can’t tell me anything about my car. When I called and asked about the status of my vehicle, the manager Robert Thomas had a young lady come to the phone and tell me, “I’m JUST going to have to be patient” the lady asked if I would like to speak with him and I obliged. Mr. Thomas stated he understood that I was frustrated, but they are working in my vehicle. Mr. Thomas stated they’ve had vehicles in service for up to 6 months. Please do not take your vehicle here. Anybody that keeps your vehicle for 6 months has yo be incompetent. I depend on my vehicle to get yo and from work along with other places. These people will create a hardship for their customers. The customer service is horrible.

We purchased a vehicle May 5, 2020 from Bayird in Jonesboro. They still cannot produce the title, I have spoken to and messaged Laura at the dealership trying to get this resolved, she has told me it is out of her hands and she can’t help me. She wasn’t happy when we had the vehicle refinanced after we purchased it from them. The dealership never turned the title in to the first finance company. It has been over 2 years trying to get this resolved, this year I cannot renew my tags with the state because of the title problem. (So I am paying for a vehicle to sit in my driveway). I talked to the Manager at dealership last week and he was going to get to the bottom of this with Laura, I still haven’t heard back from him. My current finance company has been dealing with this also trying to help me so I can get tags.

My son purchased a car in the spring of 2020. We made three trips to dealership for paperwork completion. July 2021 we refinanced the loan. After that we started a quantity of in person visits, emails, and phone calls to get the balances of the GAP and extended warranties refunded to us. We had to call twice and make a trip to pick up the GAP refund. When we asked about the Extended Warranty refund we were told it was still processing. In October I was told that the check was sent to Chase (our original lien holder.) This month we were told that the lien holder had cashed the check and to contact them. The bank we were told to contact was NOT our bank. Bayird had mailed a check to the wrong bank. We were told that we needed to wait for the incorrect bank to find the funds, return them, and then Bayird would issue us the refund. At this point i have spoken to my correct bank, the bank that the check was sent to in error, and Bayird multiple times. We went yesterday to talk with someone face to face. The finance manager told one of the guys on the floor to tell us he was unavailable to speak to. We were also not given the phone number for the Bayird corporate office that we asked for. We were told we needed to call back to the dealership and they could convey the information.
We left and I called the Arkansas State Attorney General's office. I called two other Bayird dealerships ask for the corporate number. The third one gave me the number. I called and spoke about getting a check cut and was told it wasn't something that they could approve at their level of the organization. At 5:30 last night I received a call back that the check would be ready today if I went to the corporate office. I went in to one office where no one was at the window or in any office. When I did find the correct office they didn't know what I was talking about initially and then had I to produce my driver's license before they would turn the check over to me. Too much rigmarole and passing the buck to bother doing business with this organization again.
