I called Burke's around the end of October of 2023 to repair my appliances.****** ***** and another gentleman came out on or around November 3rd and tested both appliances and said there was nothing wrong with them.I hadn't been able to use the oven in over a yr or dishwasher in 3.He said there was nothing that they could do because they seem to be working and charged me $162.95 and said that the service charge was good for up to 30 days so if I had any issues with them to call.After they left the dishwasher started acting up and I called him.He said that they would come back out the following week.He asked me to take a video of the dishwasher and I sent it to his phone.They came back and hook their devices back up to both appliances and were able to tell that neither was working.They told me that the control panel for the oven would need to be replaced but it would be around $350 and it would be cheaper just to buy another stove.The dishwasher had a leak and that he would order the part and get it fixed asap.November 20th a gentleman came out with the part.Told me that the part had been sitting on a shelf for a long time and couldnt remember who it went to.I asked what part was it and he said a filter. I replied that ****** never said anything about a filter. that it had a leak.He replaced my filter and left.He charged me $150.67 for the part.As soon as he left I started the dishwasher up and of course it still wasn't working I called him before he got to the end of my road and he said he would have to talk to ******. ****** returned I think a week or so later and said there was a leak and that he would order the part and make sure that it got fixed.And that was the last time I heard from him.Me and my husband have been calling off and on for the last 8 months trying to get them to return our phone calls and they refuse.We went to his house on a Saturday and my husband told him we wanted a refund.He said he'd give me a call and never did.
