I am APPALLED by the deceptive, manipulative and horrible treatment of customers by this company. It is fraudulent and illegal the way that they do business. The gym was filthy, a health hazard and the services were NOT even delivered properly. I can only imagine the amount of people they have scammed into paying for memberships that they did not know the terms of. They should be mandated to print out contracts and go over with you and get your actual signatures!!! They are rude and unresponsive and will not listen to basic reasoning. I am currently in the process of trying to cancel a false contract with them.Review from Marc C

They are criminals. Charge bogus fees and tell you have to goto the gym to have them removed. Well the scammers are charging my card for 3 times the amount they are supposed to. Not the gym. Apparently this a third party company. Never been to the gym cause this company is unable to charge the right amount. I am writing to formally dispute the charges and fees levied on my account associated with my Gold's Gym membership, which is processed by your company, ABC Fitness Solutions. In September, I changed banks and unintentionally neglected to update my payment information for my Gold's Gym membership. When the recurring $40 membership payment was missed, instead of notifying me to update my payment details, I was charged a $20 fee for the missed payment. This fee amounts to 50% of the monthly charge and, in my view, is both excessive and predatory. Had ABC Fitness Solutions notified me of the missed payment, I would have promptly updated my payment information and continued with my membership without issue. I raised a dispute with your company regarding the excessive fee and requested its waiver. However, instead of addressing this reasonably, ABC Fitness Solutions added an additional $10 fee to my account, bringing the total amount due to $70. In light of this escalation, I expressed my refusal to pay the unjustified fees and requested the cancellation of my membership. Subsequently, I was informed that the outstanding balance had increased further, now totaling $110, despite the original missed charge being only $40. This pattern of escalating fees for a simple missed payment, especially without a proper notification to update my payment information, is unacceptable. The total fees you are demanding are disproportionate to the original amount owed and appear to be punitive in nature. This practice may violate consumer protection laws against unfair and deceptive business practices. I am hereby requesting the following: 1. Immediate reversal of all fees associated with the missed payment, including the $20, $10, and any additional fees added. 2. Confirmation in writing that no further fees will be assessed to my account and that the balance will be dismissed in total, including the original $40 membership fee.ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC Response

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Today I received text to call them for my EOS membership here in Arizona. I called automated service said my balance was double then what I usually pay. I called to see why. They guy told me because my payment didn’t go through yesterday and it’s a service fee for $25. I asked why send me a text a day later and not the day of? These people are literal crooks. You can request to cancel and they will give you the runaround for months at a time while they continue to charge. I've had to waste my own money on legal fees to get them to cancel my membership, despite jumping through all of their hoops, and they operate illegally by refusing to delete your data when you request that they delete it.ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC Response

I have had a terrible experience with ABC Fitness Solutions. Despite contacting their helpline multiple times to resolve my account balance, I haven't received any helpful assistance. , nothing has changed. I tried canceling my membership and you fit and I was informed that there was not an automatic renewal and that when the time comes, it will be canceled. I noticed that I was charged $54 so I called you fit and they transferred me over to ABC Fitness and stated that the cancellation must be processed through them, and in order for me too cancel my membership fee. I need to pay $27 even though I canceled my account before the due date of the monthly charge. I never received a copy of the agreement. Neither was I aware of an automatic agreement. This company is a scam, I've been emailing back-and-forth and they sure lack of empathy towards there “customers” They carry an extremely low rating, so I don't even know how this company is still openABC Fitness Solutions, LLC Response

I am trying to cancel my membership after the year agreement. They gave me the following options: • Contact our Member Services Department at the number listed below for more information, please look on your contract to see if this applies to your membership agreement. • You must move your residence 50 miles or more from club facility. • You must provide sufficient proof that you are moving. Please send in one of the following: o New lease agreement in the member’s name signed by member and lessor. o New utility hook-up or utility bill in member’s name. o Newly issued driver’s license. o Copy of a one-way plane ticket with copy of visa or green card. o PCS orders – boot camp and basic training are accepted. o Letter from employer (must be on letterhead), along with a copy of a pay stub. o Letter from employer (must be on letterhead) and copy of corporate lease/extended hotel stay paperwork. o Closing papers on a purchase of a new home. o Students—must send in a copy of a class schedule and tuition receipt (must be on letterhead). I am trying to get my house ready to sell and do not have the time for the gym, nor proof of move yet. They continue to charge me and refuse to cancel despite I have been a member for over a year and paid in full on my account. ABC Fitness Solutions makes it almost impossible to cancel your membership. To the point where I had to cancel my card and pay the amount in collections just to be done with the situation. I will never sign up for another gym if I see that they are using ABC Fitness Solutions as their financial/ membership software provider. I have dealt with them many times in the past 5 years (UNFORTUNATELY). I can go on for longer but I don't want to waste any more time thinking about these clowns.ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC Response
