Menco was the perfect choice to build our “empty nest” home. Daniel, Jennifer, Deanna, and Ryan listened to all of our first-time builders’ ideas and dreams and designed/built the perfect house to fit our needs. They incorporated many special touches and custom features. The team was always professional with a personal touch, organized, and detail oriented. The app they use is an efficient tool to make selections for all components of the house, track the budget, communicate with the team, and view thousands of photos of each step of the build. We have been in our house for five months and are loving it! If you don’t need a new house, let them build you a screened in porch. It’s our favorite part of the house!

MENCO CONSTRUCTION, LLC. is a well oiled machine!! Daniel and Jennifer ****** along with their employees, Deanna and Ryan made the process easy from the very beginning. They worked hard to ensure that every aspect that went into our home is high quality and is accurate. They helped us stick to our budget and still managed to effortlessly incorporate our custom ideas and visions that made our home exactly what we needed for our family. Jennifer talked with us enough to know exactly what to include in her personalized floorplan. We didn't have to make any changes! Someone was on site daily to ensure that the processes were correct and completed on time. We were able to follow along with access to the app they utilize for selections and progress photos. The whole process was easy and completely without stress for us. I will recommend Menco Construction any day of the week.Menco Construction, LLC Response

We had a screen porch installed by Menco and they did an excellent job. Very easy to contact about a quote and once materials arrived they scheduled the install. Installation only took a day and they cleaned up the job site before leaving. Highly recommend using Menco if you need any work done or even a new home.Menco Construction, LLC Response

Menco Construction completed a small renovation to the exterior my existing home. They were amazing to work with from start to finish.
