I have purchased a car from them in November been paying on the note three times out of the month. I just don’t feel that’s right plus if you’re behind just a little they will surprisingly come tow it without notifying. Well, I’ve been done like this twice. This recently yesterday i was told nothing but truth by towing manager. I had a wreck in end of Jan and so car was in their shop or 3rd party shop they recommended for a month right? Well, i didn’t get car back until beginning of March. I had to pay a deductible of 500$ for repair. When got car back it was painted over the screws barely on bumper falling back off. I have been black mailed everyday with nonstop messages. I have been talk to over the phone in disrespectful arrogant ways. 600$-900$ a month is outrageous for 2012 Toyota Camry? Oh yea never answers the phone but they’ll blow yours up via text, phone and email even find your family members number that i never gave info. I even spoke with manager Billy he has been very unprofessional. They try get money same day it’s towed over $1000. My review on this I’ll never buy nor deal with their services ever. They overcharging for lease vehicle. Just overall worst experience but lesson learned. They calculations always wrong. I think they come up with prices. I feel they do quick scams such as get you buy car deal with car few months get little money out of you then flip the script. I have spoken to every financial manager just gives unprofessional except from ms.******* she need be promoted. She’s only professional one she helped with every problem i had. It saddens us all when we have to repossess a vehicle and that decision is not made lightly. But if a customer is over 30 days past due, has numerous broken payment arrangements and stops communicating with us then we are left with no choice. Evan after the repossession we tried to work with you to get you back into your vehicle but unfortunately that did not happen. We understand the hardships our customers face and work diligently to keep everyone in their vehicles. I see in your account that you reported an accident on Jan. 29th and due to the amount of damages wasn’t ready until Feb. 20th. We all know that the time frame to get a vehicle repaired after an accident has increased substantially over the last few years, but regretfully, we have no control over this. In regard to your payment, it was explained that since you were paid bi-weekly you would have 2 months out of the year that would receive 3 pay date so you would have 3 payments. I purchased a newer car yesterday. I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted. I had never heard of Car World but I found a car they had through one of the websites, I think it was Carfax. I fell in love and after I got off work I went by to look at it. I test drove and asked to drive another one like it only a different color. But my heart was on the red one I had wanted from the start. I called and facetimed family and my boyfriend for advice. I have gotten some real bad cars before and I was very nervous. About the whole thing. But it turned out to be the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. They worked with me and I was able to purchase that red car of my dreams that day. Then one of the guys asked me before I left if he could pray with me. I was kinda speechless but my heart swelled two sizes. I absolutely loved that. I would recommend them to anyone. 10/10.Review from Lexi F

The worst experience ever, I've had a car through Car World for three years and actually paid my last payment today. It's been good since about five months ago when they said they were going to raise my payments since I'm almost to the end. Let me say this first I never knew my car was leased and they do not make it known when you get the car it's leased. Yesterday I emailed them and asked if my last payment was due and it was supposed to be $624. She told me it was $922 because my insurance dropped to liability 2 months ago which is false. I called my insurance and my policy has never changed. I had to pay an extra $300 which I really didn't have, if you didn’t know when you were leasing a car from them you have to pay to get the title which is $2,000. Which they also don’t tell you when you're getting the car. They are super unprofessional and rude, especially my case manager Candice. I do not recommend getting a car from them. When signing the paperwork I would check and read everything. I've asked for the paperwork I signed when I got the car and they will not send it.Review from Lexi F

Didn’t realize I was in a lease til 4 months before my last payment. Today I tried to pay my last payment told me they were adding $350 onto it, told me for my months my balloon payment would be $1000 out of nowhere it turned to $2000Review from Derrick G

Sold me a crappy car with high mileage told me that I was financing and locked me in a lease. She literally held her hands over the paperwork pointing it where to sign so that I wouldn't read the document. Now because I didn't know I was in a lease I'm over my mileage and will probably have to pay penalties the only reason I found out we were in a lease it's cuz the engine light came on a few months after buying the vehicle and she told me that it was a lease and that it would be under warranty. They also charged me for insurance when I already had insurance and I had to fight for my money back. Do not buy from this company!Car World Group, Inc. Response

We here at Car world hate to hear your unhappy. We use DocuSign which emails the contract directly to you for your review which gives you a chance to read and electronically sign. The contract clearly states it is a lease. I do apologize unfortunately we do have a milage monthly limit of 1500 miles a month which is 18000 miles a year. State Law requires lability we require full coverage if we do not receive proof the company will charge you, once we received proof, we did credit the money back. The sold me a car before six months the car not working. Told me to pay to get it fix , They changed there mind an stated to me the insurance was going to cover it an pick me another car but instead they wanted me to put $4,000 down on a car that’s used I said no!!!!Car World Group, Inc. Response

I purchased a motorcycle from Car World Group. After investing well over $1,000 in mechanical repairs, I discovered that the Motorcylce had been reported STOLEN out of Alabama years ago. When I approached Car World Group for a refund, they refused to pay me the full amount I invested in the motorcycle. They also blocked my number and stopped responding to emails. Little Rock police have impounded the Motorcylce and will hopefully return it to the rightful owner. My journey with this will likely be long and expensive due to this going to court. I hope all that read this will take this into consideration before doing business with Car World Group.Review from Brandon S

The finance dept I’ve been dealing with is doing bad business. I’ve been without my car going on three weeks. Candice is very difficult to get in touch with and is very bad at keeping her word. After reading the reviews I know she is a liar. My car was ready on Friday and she told me earlier in the week it would be ready for pickup on Friday. That was true however they didn’t have anyone to pick up my car from the shop , and said the customer couldn’t pick it up so now another lie and weekend without my car. I am contacting BBB and attorney generals office. LAZY. I do not recommend using car world they are deceiving and unethical.Car World Group, Inc. Response

Got a 2008 Honda in September of 2022. The car had problems from day ONE. Car was sold with different sized tires that I had to pay to get fixed. The starter went out and the money they paid was added to my car note. Something was wrong with the transmission and the car would go over 5 mph. I hadn’t even had the car 90 days. They put me in a car with the wrong vin number so I had to resign paperwork and the tags to the car was wrong as well. I called managers and NOBODY would call me back. The last time the car broke down they put me in a 2012 Camry AND STILL add $1500 extra quick note for a down payment after I said I couldn’t afford it because I had already been paying for rides and rental cars because the car I bought from them was TRASH. They said I could pay the $1500 when/IF I received a tax refund. Well I was audited and now I have to pay in because I made to much. So they said pay $100 extra every two weeks. Ok cool. In March I found out I was sick and have been in and out of the hospital. these people HARRASS me calling EVERY DAY ALL DAY AND SENDING TEXT. BROOKE the finance manager NEVER called me back about the Honda BUT she flagged my account and picked my car up for being 2 weeks behind. Yes I had been paying a little late because I’m SICK never 30/40/50 days late. Always respond to them. YES I told them I’m am in a HOSPITAL BED. They gave me ONLY TWO DAYS to retrieve my car! But I’m IN THE HOSPITAL?? now this is on my credit and I’m going have a hard time getting an auto loan because I will NOT be going back to try to do business with these nasty prejudice people. We hate to hear your unhappy. The vehicle only has a limit warranty which only covers some major repairs. We are sorry to hear about you being in the Hospital, Communication is the key. The bank does require payments on time to avoid repossession which is stated in the contract.
