Just yesterday i made my 3 hour trip to this lot with intentions of buying the vehicle described on the phone and via facebook post. My son in law gets to the lot first to drive and check it out and calls to tell me the windshield is broken and the head liner was soiled very badly. It was not as told by the "lady" i spoke with. I specifically asked if there were any issues with the vehicle and she said "not that we know of". The engine light was also on. it was advertised as having a DVD player and it definately did not have one. There were two seemingly teenage boys doing all of the wheeling and dealing outside and were on their cell phones the whole time. I dont like leaving reviews like this and very rarely do but this was the most unprofessional lot I have ever been on. The office personell was very rude and the whole time i was asking her about all the issues she continued to look at her cell phone. I would never recommend this lot to anyone. The vehicles are NOT as advertised.

I purchased a used 2013 Hyundai Genisis vehicle on 12/30/22, the car was advertised as highway ready, with no mechanical issues, and that turned out to be false. Purchased a car on December 30, 2022, and as of 2/13/23 the engine is blown. I made attempts to call the location but, only goes to voicemail. Unfortunately, I may have to hire a private attorney to help resolve this issue. I paid 5800.00 for a car and have barely driven it. I found the dealership on Facebook and I didn’t see any negative reviews. Now that I am on google, there have been several complaints of people having the same problem with this company. I am also going to reach out to the governor's office and maybe news about the problems customers like myself have had with this dealership. There seems to be a pattern of vehicles lasting long enough to get in the driveway. I personally didn’t have hard-earned money to just give away. When purchasing from this business, be very careful. I can’t stress enough that you don’t need to buy a vehicle from this lot. Lisa, Alex and Shane are very dishonest. We bought a car from them and before we left the lot the engine light came on. They told me it was a sensor and cleared it. Again, I was leaving the lot and it came on again. My husband put his meter on it and it showed low voltage. We were told that the car went through inspection and it was fine. We left and broke down a mile away. They did come get the car and said that they had fixed it. The car was picked up, but it broke down around the block. Once again they said they would fix it. We picked it up and made it 46 miles before it broke down again. Now I have a vehicle in my driveway and oil everywhere that I can not drive. The refuse to make it right.

I liked the person I dealt with initially. Additionally, I knew there are risks involved when buying a used car. However, when I called about problems with the car that started the 2nd week of having it, I was met with such rudeness that I have never experienced with a business. Not only do I have to deal with a lemon I purchased, but also the memory of such rudeness when only calling to ask a question. Now after reading reviews, I see why they acted like...guilt. I agree, this an awful business and I would not recommend anyone using them. I was not expecting a refund, only wanted to ask a question and possibly buy another vehicle from them if there was nothing that could be done for this vehicle since I thought it was just an honest mistake. But now after contacting them and getting hung up on, I feel they knew it was a bad car from the beginning. I would never go to them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else going to them as well. I am seeking an apology for the rudeness I was met with when calling. I know I bought the car "as is" so I am not trying to have that battle with them. I was a cash paying customer and I don't think customers who patronize them should be met with such ridiculous rudeness when only calling them. It's already enough that they sell bad cars, so don't be rude also.
