On Dec 19th, 2022, superior automall sold me a 2021 Ram 2500 with 28K. Flew 1200 miles to drive it back to NJ. About a month I was showing a friend the truck and noticed the rear passenge side seat heater wasn't working so I took it to the local dealership (Lucas dodge in Lumberton, NJ). I also voiced concern over excessive moisture in the cab. That dealership resealed the 3rd brake light , and replace the module in the back seat. When I went to pick up the truck I noticed rust and mold under the back seat. I showed the service manager, and he said he would contact the factory rep. They told me the factory would no longer cover anything related to water damage related to the leak in the back window. The rear seat heaters on both sides no longer work, and the rear window still leaks. I have called Superior Automall to talk with a manager and they are always busy and won't return my calls. I have also been trying to call financing at the dealership to cancel my extended warranty. It only goes to voice mail. I leave a message every time for a call back. They also won't return my calls.Business response

We are working with the customer directly to have the warranty claim re-submitted. We believe this will result in a resolution that meets all of the customers requests.
