They way over charge, ignore and hang up on customers, super nice until you sign a contract then you are nothing and don't want to listen talk down to you like you're stupid. Worst cars worst service I've ever had!! Do not recommend!!!

I got my car in December of 2021 from AAF as a first car. When I got it the only issue was the parking break. But since than new issues came a rise. -service transmission if going over 72 for more than 4 minutes -service shifter -a broken radiator (most likely on me) The transmission issue and the service shifter I have both taken in to get “fixed” by AAF itself but when I got it back the issue came back within a week to a month max. I regret so much getting this car…and going through them. I’m 23 and my credit is okay. I already pay $500 a month for this car and it won’t be paid off until February of 2025!!!! Uhg! And I’ve had some time to think how stupid of a mistake I’ve made st the time I had no one no parents and only a friend who talked me into thinking it was a good idea anywho. I am now starting to have the issue of my car jerking a little and my car ac and heat fan sometimes working. And I can’t help but think there’s no fixing this car without basically having to spend the same amount as having to buy another car. I wish I can take it to AAF and leave it! And stop paying it! Cuz Uhg!!! What can I do? I can’t afford getting another car to make payments on. But I also can’t afford having to lose my job bc I my car isn’t reliable. I called to ask what can I do and they said they can take it in to see the damage and fix it. But the thing is everytime I’ve taken it in to get fixed it comes back more damaged. I don’t recommend this place they scam you and they are heartless and don’t work with you at all.
