My trash is collected every Tuesday and Friday. On 8/16/24 my neighbors trash was collected but not mine. I pay refuse fees on my water bill every month. I am a disabled senior citizen.Business response

Ms. ******** trash was not picked up on Friday, 8/16/24, due to a live skunk being in her trash can. After Ms. ****** called our office and said her trash was missed, we did sent a truck in the afternoon to pick up her trash. The driver that was still at the office was not her regular route driver and did not know that the trash cans were located behind her house instead of in front of her house. The office receptionist tried to call Ms. ****** while the driver waited, but she did not answer the call so our driver left. Ms. ******** trash was picked up on her next regular pick-up day which was Tuesday 8/20/24. It was an unfortunate situation, but we tried to correct the problem. We do our best to provide good customer service. If there are any more issues, Ms. ****** should call our office.
