Order #VH100625 was placed on 10/23/2022 for $104. Had to email to get a status on shipment since nothing was received. They responded to my email inquiring saying it was an "oversight" and would ship product.. Product arrived and began using according to instructions. ALL 9 of my dogs developed explosive diarrhea after 3 days use. I stopped using and once normal BMs on all of them used again but at a lower level than recommended in instructions. AGAIN diarrhea. Stopped using and BMs normal again. Only change was adding the water additive so I quit using, dumped the open bottles and emailed 12/23/22 to request a refund on 2 unopened bottles. No response. Emailed again 12/31/22--NOTHING. Left comments on ******** page, NOTHING. Final email was sent 1/28/23. This product is dangerous and should not be sold to dog owners. Lack of their response tells me this is a scam and they are only interested in the money.I'm requesting refund of ONE bottle ($34)VitaHound ********* Spray HONEY 4oz SKU: #***** 2 $34.00 ONE bottle ($15)VitaHound Chlorophyll Water Additive SKU: #***** 2 $15.00 TOTAL REFUND $49. That's the MINIMUM, I actually think they need to refund the entire $104 since their product made my dogs sick. It is not a safe product as advertised.
