August 2022 our solar project was started. They had the batteries and panels up and installed in no time. However they didnt get to the electrical part til November 21st, 2022. The 2 hour outage took about 7 hours and they didnt finish. They finally finished that part in December 2022. The city finally came and did our inspection in February 2023. SRP didnt come for their final inspection until the first week of March. We failed the inspection because ***** didnt follow SRPs guidelines. ***** promised someone would fix it this week. No one has come; three phone calls later I still have no answers. Trying to get their customer service to answer phones/call back/give any information is like getting blood from a turnip!Business response

Hola buenas tardes mi nombre es ********************* y mi *ueja es para la compaa de paneles solares t&k electric por* en agostos del 2022 yego a mi casa el *************************** y me hablo de los paneles y cuando el habl con migo segn el yo iba a tener los paneles solares gratis * yo no iba a pagar ningn dinero **** una baja cuota por mes y * todo iba hacer gratis y * al momento de hacer los taxes iba a recibir un crdito de ********* dlrs todo eso me pareci muy bien y se lo Comente a mi esposo y el me dijo * si estaba ****** de todo lo * el me dijo y pues si le dije el me a****** * yo no boy a pagar nada **** una cuota por mes y * eso era dependa de lo * haya consumido de *** el ao pasado y * sooo **** * hablar a srp para checar eso y como no le resolv en ese da le dije * volviera otro da * yo le **** * comentar a mi esposo y cuando el volvio le volv a preguntar * si estaba seguro * yo no iba a pagar nada * no *uera * me saliera con *********** * pagar y me dijo no , usted confe en mi ok le dije che*ue entonces cuanto es la cuota * boy a pagar por mes y ya el hablo a srp y pregunto y si me pidieron laaitorizacion para darle a l *** informacin ,cuando ya le dieron la informacin el me dijo * yo **** iba a estar pagando 146 dlrs por mes y nada ms * nunca mas iba a pagar otra cantidad y pues yo le dije ok est bien. Y pues ya empezamos ************* todo el papeleo pero todo en **** y cuando el termino **** me dijo * firmara el papel fue una firma electrnica desde mi celular isimos todo y ya me dijo ya *uedo luego ban a benir para empezar a poner los paneles pero yo boy a estar al pendiente de todo y as pasaron unos das y vinieron a poner los paneles arriba de la casa y otras cosas y despus me hablaron por telefono una mujer la verdad no Me acuerdo de su nombre pero me dijo * estaba hablando de donde yo **** el prstamo de los paneles solares y yo le dije prestamo si me dijo tiene un prestamo de $48,429.32 creo * Me dijo para 25 o 30 aos no recuerdo muy bien * lo * iba a pagar eran $146 cada mes por 18 meses y * despus de eso si no pagaba el 26%de la deuda en esos 18 meses yo iba a estar pagando $211.14 drs por mes hasta terminar el prstamo y pues yo le dije * no me haban. Comentado *********** prstamo pero * ok pero * de todas formas yo iba a hablar con la persona * haba hablado con migo y cuando habl con el segn el me dijo * el no savia * se por* era nuevo en eso pero * si * era un prstamo y lo *********** * pagar y pues segn yo yo ya no poda hacer nada por* ya haba firmado el contrato del prstamo y hasta ahorita los paneles no estn funsionando y ami ya desde diciembre 19 **************************************** banco los $146 dlrs y yo *uiero * ustedes me ayuden a canselar este contrato por favor muchas gracias

Hello good afternoon my name is ********************* and my complaint is to the solar panel company t&k electric because in august 2022 mr. *********************** and he told me about the panels and when he talked to me according to him I was going to have the solar panels for free that I was not going to pay any money just a low fee per month and that everything was going to be done for free and that at the time of doing the taxes I was going to receive a credit of ********* dlrs, all that seemed very good to me and I told my husband and he told me that if I was sure of everything he told me and well if I told him he assures me that I will not pay nothing, just one fee per month and that it depended on how much electricity was consumed last year and that I only had to talk to srp to check that and since I didn't solve it that day I told him to come back another day that I had to tell him to my husband and when he came back I asked him again if he was sure that I was not going to pay anything that he did not want me to get away with what I had to pay and he said no, you trust me ok I told him check so how much is the *uota that boy to pay per month and he already spoke to srp and asked if they asked me for the authorization to give him that information Formation, when they already gave him the information, he told me that I was only going to be paying 146 dlrs per month and nothing more than that I was never going to pay another amount and well, I told him, ok, it's fine. And well, we already started to get all the paperwork, but everything online, and when he finished, he just told me to sign the paper, it was an electronic signature from my cell phone, everything was done, and he already told me, I'll meet later, they'll come to start putting the panels up, but I'm going to be aware of everything and that's how a few days went by and they came to put the panels on top of the house and other things and then a woman spoke to me on the phone. I don't really remember her name but she told me that she was talking about where I had the loan for the solar panels and I told him, yes, he told me he has a loan of $48,429.32. I think he told me for 25 or 30 years, I don't remember very well that what I was going to pay was $146 each month for 18 months and after that That if I didn't pay 26% of the debt in those 18 months I was going to be paying $211.14 drs per month until the loan ended and well, I told him that they hadn't. Commented nothing about that loan but ok but anyway I was going to talk to the person who had talked to me and when I talked to him he told me that he didn't know that I know because he was new to that but what if he was a loan and what I had to pay and well, according to me, I could not do anything anymore because I had already signed the loan contract and until now the panels are not working and since December 19, 2022 they are already removing me from my bank account the $146 dollars and I want you to help me cancel this contract please thank you very much

Solar Panels installed at the customer's address in September 2022. Application sent to *** without a signature (as told per *** representative on 11/25/2022 and 12/01/2022 per phone conversation) thereby application not valid or accepted for service per ***). Terms not met as set out by the State of Arizona (***********) for Solar Panel installation, as there was no transparency or disclosure of terms of contract that was explained to customer. There is an E-document signature of the customer for an application for Solar Panel installation. Customer has not knowingly signed a contract with terms of purchase explained. However an E-document for signature was sent to customer email but not opened or signed per customer. However on 11/25/22 an E-document was sent to customer's email with an amount of $33,216.00 purchase agree for signature. Customer had not seen such a contract nor terms of agreement discussed/disclosed with customer.Business response

We take complaints of this nature very seriously and therefore have investigated it closely. We have not found any negligence or wrongful doing on the part of T & K Electric or it's employees. I apologize that ** ******* has had a change of heart but we can not opt out at this time as the product is already delivered and installed. Please see attached letter for further clarification that further shows that T & K Electric has done everything within it's contractual obligations.Initial Complaint

T&K Electric company installed solar panels on this house in Feb 2022. The system is not working, for all I know it's never worked. I have asked several times (emails, texts and about 8 phone calls) for someone to check our system and tell us what is wrong. They continue to ignore me. They tell me they will call back and they never do. I can't get any warranty service. I even offered to pay for service/repairs and still no response. I'm not even asking them to pay my electric bills. All I want at this point is for T&K Electric to fix the system. Deliver what we paid for. I'm not sure why we are getting treated like this. I feel like we are being deliberately ignored for some reason. It's been 4 months since I started making these calls and requests. How long should I keep trying before filing a civil complaint or seeking legal redress? I have attached a copy of the planset they completed in Feb 2022.Business response

Hello, We have discussed with homeowner that he is getting the production guaranteed of his system with no errors and that the utility company is still charging him for high power usage. Homeowner has agreed to purchase a energy consumption monitor in order to have a clearer understanding of his consumption and then move forward from there.
