**************** did my 11 month new home owners warranty inspection. I called SunHouse because I had known I was getting the run around with getting things fixed and my year end was coming around for my warranty. An FYI for New Home owners. Hire **************** for a pre -inspection even though they might have their own inspector. Do this before you do your walk through. There might be hidden things that can cause you problems in the future. I hired **************** and his team because of his reviews, everyone said he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and had the technology to complete his job which will make everything be close to accurate while presenting and identifying your condition and component to the builders. When **************** did his assessment of my property I didn't tell him anything, he did exterior first hour 1/2 he was taking a long time. I said he is really good. Then he came in the house worked on interior, he worked over his time frame a Lil longer than he was supposed to be here. Inspection was completed I received Summary report booklet , a video, PDF. A couple emails , technical support information in case I need help navigate through the system. There were things I knew was wrong with my place that I pointed out to him after the inspection that he had already put in the booklet, so don't let people placate you and get the inspection. The way he does business is just good, from the little touches to the details in his reports, and just being available to take my call or text when I have questions regarding potential repairs I need to be done in the house or fixing any other issues identified in the house, whether it be on my own or through another trades person.
