They called my business and told me that they make shirts to donate to High Schools. These shirts are then sold as fund raisers for them to make money. I bought the biggest ad spend plan. Month keeps going by and I never heard back from them. I kept asking if the shirts had been sent. It's always been hard to get a hold of the management there. I finally called the school and talked to the Athletic Director and he said he never got the shirts. TKO said they would refund the money if I sent a few shirts they sent me, but I have not seen a refund and getting a hold of anyone to get a refund is impossible.

**** at Blackhawk MSP requested a refund. In order to process the refund, we required that the garments we printed be returned to us. We opened a ticket and provided a return shipping label. After 30 days of non-receipt of the returning garments, the refund ticket was closed.
3 months after the refund ticket and shipping label were created, the return garments were finally delivered to us, and the refund ticket was reopened.
Options and instructions for receipt of refund have been provided to **** of Blackhawk MSP, and the refund has been processed.
