      We started doing business with advance *** systems in May of 2021. After purchasing an *** from them, we signed a service agreement which required us to fund the *** and at the end of each day, be reimbursed the total dispensed amount + accrued surcharge fees. Now I will say operations were up and running as Expected for several months before we had our first major hiccup. We reached out to request a change in bank account routing. This proved to be a troublesome task as it required weeks of intermittent email exchanges. Finally, after a few weeks, we saw deposits once again flowing into our appointed bank account. Unfortunately though, the amounts did not add up. When we asked about documents/reporting data from our transactions and payments, they would go quiet. We relied on them completely for reporting so had no access to data of our side. luckily were able to print out the *** machine summary which includes total amount dispensed etc. we estimate the total owed to us is in the range of $90K dollars. We strolled hearing from Advanced ATM Systems for months until a random email I sent was answered in May 2023. The support team seemed new and eager to help for a few days, until they too went quiet. I was able to get them to continue depositing missing daily total amounts to our latest bank account on file, but after a few thousand dollars worth of transactions, the thread went quiet once again. I am writing the BBB once again to document and formally launch a follow up complaint against Advance *** systems.

      Have called repeatedly, they're product has not been functional for 3 years and they refuse to contact to schedule removal. Called daily and have yet to receive a call from ***.

      on June 29th 2022 @ about 7:25 am i used the atm to withdraw $ ****** dollars as i was putting my wallet back into my purse the *** sucked the money back into the atm machine i have located the owner *********************** and left numerous messages but have not received any calls back to have my account credited back the money also the answering service for ***** informed me good luck that he will not answer or return calls this is unacceptable i am filing a complaint to resolve this issue thank you.

      Cardholder contacted wrong company and assumed we owned or serviced ATM. We contacted cardholder on same day on 07/07/2022 and they used an ATM that we do not own or service, and cardholders' complaint against us is incorrect. However, we informed cardholder proper steps to verify and dispute transaction, which is to contact their card issuer, and card issuer will make appropriate verification of transaction and credit cardholders account if necessary. When we spoke to cardholder, they did not even check, or double check their account to verify transaction before contacting us or contacting correct ATM owner/operator.

      In January of 2022, Advanced ATM Systems did not transmit funds to our our ******************** account from reconciling our ATM in the amount of $4020.00 and ATM fees of $88.00. Since the discovery, we have tried over and over to work this out with them, but keep getting text's that the money will be deposited tomorrow. It didn't happen. They don't return calls and won't resolve this. Our next step will the **************************

      We apologize for merchants' frustration, and it has taken time on our end to research and reconcile, but we have also been in contact with merchant as well. Merchant will see that difference that did not deposit due to a processing update either on 04/15/2022 or on 04/19/2022 to their account ending in ********. Thank you.

      Dates have been given to us before, so this response carries no weight with me. As of 4/16, there has been no reconciliation of this amount. I will add to this response after 4/19.

      Advanced ATM Systems will not deposit the money I put in the *** vault as per the agreement despite numerous attempts to contact them. They are not willing to work with me. We loaded 678 counts of $20 **** for a total of $13,560, they paid out a sum of $1,760 which carries an amount of $11,800 outstanding.

      Business has placed a broken atm on the property at Hub on Campus and will not pick up for over two years. The note left on the *** is unprofessional. They are not trying to address the situation or get it fixed. I have been at the property for four months and have called numerous times regarding the atm machine. When I call the only thing they are able to do is take a message and no one ever calls back.

      We have been doing business with Advance ATM systems for about a year now and have only received a handful of processed/completed transactions on their end. Recently, we have gone months without receiving a single posted transaction (although operating and dispensing funds almost every day); after months of unanswered emails and calls/voicemails, we received word that processing was backed up for a short time. This is now another month later with no movement and our outstanding balance from Advance ATM services is north of $100K. We would like help in reaching Advance ATM systems and compelling them to either catch up on processing outstanding transactions or write a check to reconcile the total amount.

      We can appreciate merchants frustration and seeing this issue solely from their perspective, and the amount the claim is incorrect. There were no issues with service until Merchant ran into issues with their banking, and wanting ATM service solely setup under an individual versus a business. Our firm spent an inordinate amount of time making back and forth bank changes for merchant. Regardless, any funds that *** be due will be processed and remitted to merchant on a timely basis as is the case now. Merchant does have a processing agreement in place; if they breach that it will be sent to an outside collection agency and both the business location and *********** individually will also be referred to a *********************** in the Santa ***** County, ** area. We can appreciate the functions the Better Business Bureau performs, but it will not change the functions we perform or enforcing the rights our firm has.
