Terrible product and terrible customer relations. I advise going to their competitor, Blinds.com.SelectBlinds was bought out by ****** *******, which completed in October 2023. Prior to that, in 2022, I had purchased 8 luxury motorized shades for my home from SelectBlinds and had no issue.After selling my home in 2024, I purchased a motorized luxury shade for my new place, and immediately noticed a decline in product quality.When I attempted to contact customer service to file a claim for a defective motor, I learned quickly that the service quality had also plummeted, and that SelectBlinds is ripping people off by falsely advertising that a separate smart hub, which costs $110, is needed to control shades with Smart *************************************** has been nearly a month and I am still trying to resolve the many issues I've had with SelectBlinds, even through their supposed "white glove team" after I escalated my complaints to the executive team.Generally it appears that the entire company is sinking under ****** *******. I highly recommend not purchasing such expensive products from them.

Select Blinds was great to work with and I love the final product. There was an issue with the first set of blinds as a small crack in the header wouldn't allow the blinds to open and close. Select Blinds was very helpful in re-ordering and sending a new set of blinds out very quickly!Review from Scott Y

Well I ordered standard size window blinds with an estimated delivery date of 11/19/2024. Which would have been great. However now my order will not be shipped to at least 12/29/2024. Totally unacceptable? Should have gone to ***** where they honor their commitment. Select makes good blinds just don't expect to have them anytime soon. Disappointed and will not shop here again. All my previous orders were on time and were nice however, waiting over 6 weeks is not acceptable unless you are told upfront.Select Blinds Response

My order was received quickly, my shade fit well, my only surprise was the cellular shade had the color on inside but the other side was white, I thought the both sides would be colored. Also pretty good price.
