Sure wish I had read these reviews before purchasing anything!! They keep sending 'teasing' emails indicating that the item I ordered on Jan 22nd has been shipped. However, w I "track" the order, info indicates that it wasn't ordered until TODAY, Jan 29th. Gift is for our First Great-Grandchild. SO DISSAPOINTED!!Review from Se S

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!IF YOU ARE A PATRIOT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!I hate being mislead to think the company that I am ordering from is in *****************. Bitsy Bug is merely someone running a website, no telling where products are coming from. I dont want to give my money to the *** or any 3rd world country that *** use labor that isnt fair to the person working on shipping, to the person making the clothes, I hate that I didnt do my due diligence first. I HAVE CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ABOUT THIS WEBSITE!!Review from Denise D.

I ordered 3 products on Oct 7, received confirmation 10/10 that my order has shipped, but according to tracking # **** is still awaiting the item. What gives? It is now 10/17. They do not respond to email inquiries. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.Review from Linda C

Do not purchase. Items did not arrive and refund refused. Offered to send a return label FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED.Their website claims **** has package, nut **** never logged in, they are still waiting on package Also items come from ***** NOT *******.Definitely a scam Do not throw your money awayReview from Lorrie C

I wish I had read reviews before buying from this company! I placed 3 orders 3-4 weeks ago. Two orders arrived, each missing one item. Communicating with customer service is like being on a crazy merry-go-round! I really regret ordering from this company! I agree with everyone calling them a scam! Ordered back on February 2nd still have not received my package. When trying to track my Package it said on February 24th is has been canceled. Have no idea what happened to my package. Emailed them and did not receive much information regarding this if at all. Do not order from this site. It is very misleading. You get an auto response back in an email. I got scammed by them too. They shipped first single item on my first order so then I ******* to place bigger order.. they did not deliver and no response. I will make sure its known on social media and BBB. They are not In AZ either.Review from Margaret M

The clothing is shipped from *****....so took a couple wks at Xmas time. I was missing one piece of 5. Contacted them...they responded in a timely manner...shipped missing piece in a few days. Clothing is super cute and inexpensive. Most clothing made is from overseas....I have no complaints...
