I hired Technology Movers to dismantle and move my xray machine. I made a deposit of $1300 as per the paperwork I received. Two days before the move Technology movers cancelled the move. I was told I would receive a refund. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response.Initial Complaint

Work was scheduled for Thursday June 22, 2023 after payment of $******* was made via ***. The work was estimated to take 4-5 hours as described in the attached email. The work that day took over 7 hours, they returned Friday to finish, but could not finish. Since then he has come to our facility once, looked around for a few moments, went out to sit in his car, then drove away and has been unresponsive since. Attached pictures show the work incomplete. We have a project starting in this same area in the next three weeks and need this job completed in order for that to start. Either we get this person to come out and finish, or we would like a refund of the $**** which we will use to pay another company to do the job. This job is either completed or not, there is no in-between with this kind of work, so I feel that any money paid for labor should be full refunded since parts of our systems have been down since he began working and the agreement was to finish the job, which was not done.
