            Rhino Shield of Arizona botched my residential paint job. I paid $25,500 for thinly applied, peeling/flaking paint. Rhino Shield refuses to do anything. Project Manager ******* was never present on job site. Should have told crew not to paint on such a windy day. Salesman ********************* lied to be about everything from the amount of materials required to the thickness of application. It is clearly visible to the naked eye that my house is missing painted areas where you can see the old color under the new color. Rails were never sanded, balcony floors not finished despite being specified in contract. I have been ignored and avoided by the office for too long. Rhino Shield must correct the botched paint job.

            Their warranty is worthless, we have coating peeling in less than 10 years. The company will not respond to phone calls, except on rare occasions, and if they do respond nothing happens. We did have a representative come to the house to look at the problem, we were told that a supervisor would call, we are still waiting, in the meantime we called twice, left a messageNo response. This is a very disappointing situation as we have been promised a good outcome from this revolutionary costing. THIS COMPANY HAS NOT LIVED UP TO THEIR PROMISE, we are more than extremely disappointed.

            This review is misplaced. The client did business with the previous dealer of Rhino Shield(Timeless Coatings) and is no longer in business. We took over the dealership in 2019. Upon him contacting **, we visited with the client. We reviewed his warranty. We gave him a price for the labor to repair the peeling. His warranty covers the material. He is aware of this and has not contacted ** for scheduling. We will recontact him today to review his options. He can decide to hire any painter with the material that is provided under his warranty.
