5 Star Kitchen and Bath began the remodel of my two bathrooms on July 27, 2022. They had free access to my home from that date until August 30, 2022 as we put a lock box for them because I was out of town. And I kept the key in the lockbox the entire month of September. I have been requesting updates on when they would complete my project at least once a week, some weeks multiple times. I have been told there was an issue with the fabricator and that he was visiting the fabricator on 9/28/22. That was the last communication I received. On 10/9/22 I sent and email demanding that they finish the job or I would have to reach out to the BBB and ************************, to date I have had no call, text or email. on 10/10/22 at 4:30-5:00 pm two men came to my house unannounced and said they had my vanity tops. I allowed them to install them as I was told that was the big hold up! However, I still have not heard from 5 Star or **********************, who I have been working with directly. I am very frustrated and tired of not having a sink in my hall bath so I have to brush my teeth and was my hands in my kitchen. And my Master bath has no water at all! If you could please assist me that would be great. I do not understand why there is a problem keeping me informed, and moving this project along. I actually still owe them on the remodel, they have not requested the money, which is good because I will not pay them at this point until the job is complete.Business response

Hello.
I received this complaint earlier today via email for the first time.
My team had installed the fixtures, mirrors, baseboards and the toilet in the master bathroom over the last few days.
As of this afternoon we have completed the project.
I have spoken with my customer and she is happy with the quality of the work provided.
