Long story short, I took my car there for a cracked rim repair and while I was there, I thought I would get a set of brand-new brakes. Boy did things go wrong? First, the repair of the rim was a total mess. I had to go back at least 5 to 6 times for the same issue because my tire kept getting flat. They then referred me to another repair place in ******* where I was asked to pay again for a service that I had already paid for. ***** from Los Perez Tires assured me that I didnt have to pay again but it wasnt the case when I arrived at the referred shop. What a Waste of time. They would not No apologies, no offer of a refund. Little did I know every single time I went back there was more damage to the rim due to excessive welding than repair. Eventually, my rim was shot because of all the welding thats been done to it I had to tow my car with AAA home for 8 miles because obviously I couldnt air it anymore. I was hesitant to call the shop and let them know about what had just happened, but I was asked to tow my car to their shop again for another rim repair. There is more, they put the wrong and cheapest brakes on my ******** S560 which required a specific brake type. For several days I kept getting grinding and squeaking sounds and my brake landlight never went off because they didnt put a brake sensor in which I ended up buying myself. Again, I took the car back and forth to their shop several times just for the brakes and thats aside from the numerous times I went in for the rim. During this installation, I found out that we didnt have the right type of brakes. When I brought that up and asked for a refund the answer was, I would buy the right brakes and they would install them for me, and they may give me some of my money back.Initial Complaint

My friend took my vehicle to this place to get an oil change. A few hours later my vehicle broke down so we checked the oil and there wasn't any in the engine. The company is not willing to fix the problem. I am currently out of money and have no vehicle to drive.Initial Complaint

I took my vehicle to get it fixed because there was something wrong with the motor and the motor and the mechanic charged me a lot of money and all he did was put in spark plugs. The spark plugs was not the issue I took the vehicle back once the mechanic was back from vacation and he still did not fix the issue. I took it back again and he wanted more money this time and I am trying to get my $520 back.
