In September of 2015 I hired *************************** to custom build some kitchen cabinets and 2 bathroom cabinets. ****** told me that he had worked for ******* CLosets for over 10 years, his photos looked beautiful and I had previously done buisness with his brother, so I felt good about my decision to use ******. Ialso like to support small business owners, especially ones that are just starting out. Upon installation of the cabinets, they looked beautiful, but within a few months I noticed that the paint was chipping off in several places. I called ****** and he came out , touched them up, and told me that I should only use Pledge on my cabinets. This was never told to me prior to purchasing them. This happened several more times over the next two years and ****** would come out and touch them up. Around the two year **** ****** told me that he would no longer come out to touch up the cabinets and left a glue bottle of paint for me to touch up the cabinets as needed. The cabinets continued to fall apart so I was going to fill a complaint with the **** but I quickly found out that I could not file a claim with the *** because it had been over two years. I still reached out to ****** for help, but he stopped responding to me altogether. My kitchen is a disasters and looks terrible. In addition to all of the chipped paint, the shelves are sagging, due to lack of support., the drawers are warped and often get stuck. I've had several contractors out to give me bids on repainting them , but noone would take the job. They all said that the quality and shape of the cabinets wasn't worth restoring . I am a single mom and a school teacher. I do have the means to get new cabinets, so I am reaching out to you to see if you could give me some guidence or suggestions as to what to do. I tried to upload numerous pictures , but I do not know if it worked, so please let me know and I will try again. Thank you for your time regarding this matter.*********************
