      Ordered a 40ft Hi-Cube container. It was delivered at night so it was hard to see the true condition. When we brought this up on the phone that night with them they said just check it in the morning and call them back which we did. The container was suppose to be Cargo Worthy. It was not. We contacted the company like they said to the next morning to which they asked for pictures which we provided. There were rust holes and the door hinges were being held together by paint which looks to have been applied before it was shipped. We were assured they would send some one out to fix it. This never happened. We disputed the charge with our card company and instead of contacting us they contacted the card company to say that we signed for the container agreeing it was good. The reason we called that night was to make sure this would not happen or we would have not accepted delivery. We were assured if there were any issues in the morning it would be taken care of. If you do any business with them do it only through emails because they will not log the calls so if you do have a claim anything not in writing they will deny. We talked to them the next day but in the claim dispute they said we didn't contact them for a week because that is when we emailed them because they were not returning our calls. From then on when they tried to give us solutions over the phone we asked for them to email and that we would not be working with them over the phone anymore. We did business with them 3 years prior with new containers with no problem but with those there is no way to hide stuff because they are brand new. I think they doll up bad containers to move them at a higher price them put it all on you when they do not deliver. Would no recommend or work with again I can see why they do not have any areas besides here for reviews because they would probably be out of business.

      Ordered a 40ft high cube container to pick up the container was in really bad shape. The ***************** the phone offered no solution and swore the container was in cargo worthy condition. There was several patches in the roof and the container was 23 years old. I tried to reason with this company but they just want to take your money and run. Buyer beware!

      ************************* delayed returning our calls and made every excuse possible to not fix our container door so rhat they opened well.We sent photos as asked. **** they asked for a video send a vidoe on each request they claimed thwy couldnt open and then confirmed they opened up the photos and video. With over 500k in material being exposed and no resolution and no call back after a month back and forth. I must say BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

      0 stars would still be too much. I ordered a 20ft container back in Nov. 2022. After speaking with **** and sending him pics of where I wanted to put it He agreed it wouldn't be a problem. I asked him repeatedly if there was anything special I needed to do to prepare the spot as I have never done this before and I happen to be a 120lb single female. He was constantly "following up" up until payment was made... Delivery day had to be rescheduled due to rain, again I asked was there anything special that was needed and he assured me there wasn't. Driver brings the container then tells me he is going to have trouble in my yard maneuvering which they had pictures of my yard before delivery. He drops it as his truck sinks into the ground once he gets it off he gets in his truck and leaves. Never opened the doors. I try to open them and they dont budge. I contacted the driver and he tells me the truck was loaded when he got there and never physically saw the doors open. I contacted *** who is the Operations/Logistics Coordinator she told me to get PB Blaster& spray on hinges. Doors dont budge. Once I came back from my trip in Feb I contacted **** and let him know they still dont open. He told me maybe its not level with no suggestions to how to level it. I finally figure out what I need to get it level get it level and the doors still don't open. Contact them again by now its May 2023 **** drags his feet about getting with the boss to remedy the situation. **** finally gets in contact with me to tell me they will do nothing to fix the situation because I didn't prepare the ground properly. How was I supposed to know what is appropriate when I asked do I need to put concrete pavers down & was told that was unnecessary. *** instructed me to use PB Blaster for rust, now the Boss tells me I have to pry the doors open and use axle grease... How did it take from Nov-May to now be given the proper information once the container is already in place? I did not get what I paid for.

      Poor business practices and customer service. Firm booked and charged our company for a 5 container order after vetting our delivery location. Subsequently canceled our order a week later (out of a 2 week delivery period) due to "delivery conflict." Further, Shipped.com states they are unable to process the financial return for an undermined amount of time due to bank processing. Our bank states that the funds cleared 5 days prior to this cancelation. General Manager stated that we were "lucky" they were not charging us the base delivery fee and that we were being unreasonable in expecting service validation prior to being charged. Avoid working with this firm.

      Shipped.com is a great company. I have been scammed before so I am always careful to check out companies now. I spoke directly with ***************** the *** and he spent a lot of time with me, making sure I was comfortable before I jumped in. I know several people who have bought from Shipped.com and tell me it's where they go to keep buying containers because the company follows thru with what they say, and the time frame. I was told they are so busy right now that it may take 2 weeks to get a delivery (usually 3-7 business days) but that's okay. I'd rather wait a little longer, but know it's a company who stands by their word and won't scam!

      Ordered a shipping container, but community wont let me keep long term. Since already ordered, called 48 hours later to request refund. Original order was ****. Refund was minus 700, much better than 10% restocking fee that is all they mention. Nobody says s*** about the 170 refund processing charge as well as ***** fee. ******************* will get my money back!!
